Don’t think he’s made a bad sub in our first 4 games. They’ve had a positive impact in pretty much every game.

 

give him a creative midfielder, a mobile midfielder and a goalscorer and I’d very much back us for play offs.

Very happy with the job he's doing so far.

 

He has a bit of backbone in standing up to players, makes the right subs at the right time, is dealing with serious instability in terms of playing staff and we're so much better off the ball nowadays.

 

As others have said, he deserves backing. Add a quality CAM, striker and a battler in midfield and there's real cause for optimism on current trajectory.

Top would be so dumb to not invest now in a handful of players for Marti. 

Still early days, but he is getting wins with one hand tied behind his back. 

Give him a Striker, CM and couple of others, and we could give Promotion a real go this season.

Fair enough the fans broadly aren't happy etc. But he's doing his best....not moaning and he's starting by making us hard to beat. Fair play that he's got the balls to leave personalities out that may disrupt the harmony of the team.

You can see the evolution and what he has been working on. It's not perfect but the defensive shape is much better. 

 

Give him the couple of additions he needs now to link into an attack and we're talking.

New left back and Aluko is further away from breaking through, new CAM and Page and Alves struggle to get minutes, new striker and Evans doesnt get a chance, new left wing (Solomon) and Monga doesnt get off the bench.

 

New signings are not always a positive, as seen with most of our current squad. Sometimes it's better to develop what you already have.

He has to invest because the squad doesn't have enough players or quality in midfield and strikers to cope with the inevitable injuries in a 46 game season

Evans may have the potential but clearly he isn't quite at the level yet to be properly threatening to start for us like Monga and Page are

From sky interview can’t see us signing anyone, mentioned looking in the academy again, wanted to give silko thomas minutes and he’s going to be an important player this season!
