Well if his first mission was to shut the back door, he’s absolutely nailing it. 
 

Our defensive shape in the last 2 has been superb. Give him that creative midfielder and a striker and he could build a very tidy side

And another CM/CDM I hope

 

Striker is key though - we haven't had a goal from a striker this season I think

He has improved us ten-fold out of posesssion.

 

Being as every week he’s losing one or two players and he’s working with some limited resources, he’s doing a mega job.

If that was Martin O’Neill everyone would be saying what a masterclass and about the never say die attitude. This is a club in disarray and yet Marti has managed to bring a group of players together who have shown a desire and commitment to play for the badge. Loved it tonight, nowhere near from a technical aspect but every single player giving it their everything. That makes me feel connected and proud. Well done Marti 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I really hope he gets the backing by the board financially. 

 

Clearly improving game by game with how he wants us to play. Better players to add to the youngsters and to improve the squad generally will help us massively. 

 

CM, CAM and ST needed for sure.

Those taking shots given the terrible situation he inherited looking a bit silly tonight.

 

We are still blunt in attack, but that is definitely down to lack of options.

 

Hes got us well organised, probably the best weve been off the ball for a long time.

 

Whilst its still not perfect, having this defensive foundation is certainly the start we build from. Just please let him bring in a couple of attacking options

Early days for the boss, but already his impact can be seen.

 

The more he gets to work with those who want to play for the shirt, the more he brings his own players in to add to what we have the better. Im loving him giving the youngsters a proper go as well. 10/10 gaffer!!!!

Feels like the right manager for the moment. I imagine that for a change the club was fully honest with him that he wasn’t going to get many signings and indeed several players would need to leave. We look structured and organised and that’s the hardest I’ve seen a Leicester side work for a long time. If we’re going to shithouse wins in our current circumstances he could enter the pantheon of our most revered managers.

PLEASE give this guy some players. 

 

I am quickly remembering how crappy the Championship is, and so it wouldn't take much. 

I wanted 5-6 players but realise that 3-4 would be more realistic and doable. 

 

Ok... 2 minimum. PLEASE!

Doing brilliant with what he has available to be honest and makes the right changes at the right time. Comes across well and the squad seem to like him too. Love it

He has got everyone committed that is massive regardless of ability and we do have some good players still.

 

Love him, done a cracking job so far.

Easy to say when your winning but I love the bloke 

We really are in the s*it but the way hes got us set up and keeping the players together should never be overlooked 

If ever a manager needed everyones backing, its Marti
