Easy to see why Rodgers had such a big ego here. Got Chris Davies helping him live in cloud cuckoo land.

Yes one shot on target and the gimp thinks they are the better team - they were rubbish and for all the investment they are miles away from a prem side !

Shove that up your backside Tom Brady! Welcome to the big league.

I don't like him.

Seriously though, there is a bit of determination in the team and the players are looking like they are responding to Marti. Not perfect but again an improvement.

Do Sky have a stake in Fatawu’s future… really keen to push him out of the door!

Well he’s blatantly way too good for the league, everyone but us will be.

Chris Davies sounds a bit like that dickhead Marc White from Dorking Wanderers in his post-match interview.

"We dominated. We were the better team."

Result?

0-2

Nothing wrong with Mark White, done a good job, he is entitled to be a loud mouth, like many managers😁

oh, and Don Goodman lost all & any remaining credibility as a commentator with his ludicrous red card claim v Ricardo!

He seemed to talk himself into a cul de sac where the only exit was “definite red”…. I think he even surprised himself with that claim!

Utterly ridiculous, in a game where the ref let so much go it was barely a foul

As a chair and club owner, he's done a good job, granted.

But plenty of wrong with him when it comes to talking about football and assessing what happens on the pitch. lol

This side is a number 9 short of a guaranteed top 2 finish again. As much as I'd worry about too many more Preston performances we just need a presence in the box or a finisher to guarantee enough goals. Page still looks nervous but will come good with more games, The defence didn't have too many issues and looks as solid as 2 years ago.

Solid performance tonight showing just how average some of this division's favourites will be.

Biggest difference tonight, was the work rate and intensity from most the players.

Not seen that until tonight. It felt like they were working for each other and the Manager.

Still lacking quality, but hopefully a few signings will help with that.
Despite our mistrust and dislike of a number of these players, if Marti can get them working their socks off every game, then the little quality we do have, will likely be enough to beat most teams at this level. Positive signs of that increased intensity tonight. We just need 3-4 players in now.

Pound for pound (full end, optimistic mood), that might be the worst set of away fans we've ever had down here too.

They were obviously doing a sponsored silence 😁 Sheff Wed are watching their club go down the ****er and they never stopped for 90 mins.
