Daka and Carranza in a 2 might be OK. Carranza does have a better touch than Daka but Daka is much faster. Could potentially work well together..

Absolutely terrible in an attacking sense but at least we look a bit more stable defensively. We have players within sight of their wide players.

Luke Thomas may well have been our best player in that half in terms of chance creation. Let that sink in.

Well that was a thoroughly awful half of football but at least we are winning. Feel as though the penalty has papered over cracks as we were poor in that first half. Boro just look so much more in control and composed on the ball, we just look so disjointed. Skipp offers nothing as we knew and Fatawu has not been able to get in the game at all. Happy with the score but the performance again is just meh and I have no faith we can keep a clean sheet.
