Things to Look Forward to in League One

I'm just looking forward to seeing a group of players who want to be here, and we can have an actual football team to support. This has been a ghost ship of a club this season. Optimistically, I'm expecting all of the senior players to go. Realistically, I expect some to still be here.

I would also say 'hopefully' winning most weeks, chance for a reset, ridding ourselves of at least 60% of the players who dont want to play for the shirt.

I am sure they would all thrive in a positive environment. We just have to pray to god that we're consistent and unrelenting in our pursuit to get rid of deadwood and willy pullers.

 

If we can fill in the gaps with some smart signings as well as bringing in clear leaders and role models then I do think we should come back up.

 

There are a lot of ifs to answer though.

The Cuck Power FC fanclub can say "we were there supporting the club in League One" whilst being oblivious to their lack of action being one of the many reasons why the club finds itself in that position in the first place. That's the one thing some can look forward to.

 

For everyone else, I implore you NOT to renew your season tickets and for the love of god do not buy new kits or merch from the club. The hierarchy do not care about you and one of the only ways to force some change is to show your dissatisfaction in a way that hurts them the most. If you did that then maybe the one thing to look forward to is the club finally acknowledging how badly they have treated fans over the last 5 years and might start changing things. I can't see it though.

It's a positive for me now that one away day is a 10 minute drive from my house. 

May mean we can't afford them fire boxes and light shows we all love though. Can we afford to replace the honesty flags if there are non honest folks?
