The biggest issue is the opposition. You could surely put together some sort of other LCFC XI. Lloyd Dyer, Fryatt, Howard, Berner, Nugent, Logan, Waghorn, Hobbs, Wellens- all lads who contributed at least something to the club and had a crossover with members of the title winning squad.

Irrelevant. All of those legends teams would love the attention created by playing quietly literally the biggest footballing story in the last 40 years. 
 

If they’d have properly organised it as well, the game would have ideally slotted in one of the international break weekends rather than the last weekend in May

Mahrez, Kante and Vardy and then yes I'd be interested. Against a team of players who played that season then yeah. The likes of Alderweireld, Dembele, Verthongen from Spurs, maybe a few Chelsea ones (imagine Hazard) Troy Deeney is an absolute piss take hope the only reason for selecting him is so he can keep getting elbowed or something.

I strongly approve of a few selections:

- Pulis as manager is a fine bit of trolling, though they should've gone the whole hog and recruited Warnock

- An association with Pulis or being the sort of player Pulis would appreciate definitely seems to be a criterion....

 

 

I thought it was Stoke heavy before I noticed Pulis was manager. I assume he's had a very big say in the squad haha
