More "cult heroes" from other clubs that just aren't good. I was worried that there wouldn't be any more of these coming through the door after Ayew and Bob the Throb  but we've got Chaplin and Burns to fill the quota until 2029.

So far have to agree seen nothing from them. Is Chaplin going to be a sick note player I wonder? Burns was MK Dons best player yesterday. Seen nothing from Cullen to impress me or provide hope.

Probably revenge for the amount they paid for Kacey, although I think he’s done ok so far this season for them, by all accounts.

Had our pants down? We paid £75k for the pair . They might be awful signings but that will down to our stupidity to get them on 3 year deals and absolutely nothing to do with Ipswich making good deals

We never learn from our mistakes, finally get rid of some dead wood and then replace them with more dead wood on 3 year deals. 
Add the new keeper to the list too.

People have spaffed over these signings. I just didn’t realise all of the clubs scouts and analysts were on FT. You’d have to be brain dead not to see the folly in every one of these, Chaplin included. And they’ll be at it against with Riis - he’s a flipping lemon.

Not at all, minor knee injury 2 years ago, missing a couple of months otherwise hes pretty much never injured 40 odd games a season for years

Agree. It is amazing that we are actually adding to our existing pile of deadwood. Our  Recruitment Team needs replacing as they are stale and out of ideas.

We all saw what he did Saturday on the pitch, not at Seagrave or out walking the dog and yes I’d imagine it was a sore 1 which would have us rubbing our leg also.

I think Burns and Chaplin look okay. Watson, Howells and McFarlane look really good. I wouldn't judge MaCarthy just yet either. The one that does concern me is Cullen. He's just been invisible so far.

Has there been any official comment on his injury at all ? Or you’ve just heard it’s nothing serious ? Any clue if that’s a back this Saturday niggle or a 3 week one ?

I will give them 10-15 games before judging either way. I think Chaplin and Burns will turn out alright, but Cullen is looking a weird one.
