I doubt we have the recruitment network for that, they wouldn't know where to start. Look at the minimal amount of overseas players we've been linked with this summer, the pool of players we'd need to scout and identify is likely a mystery.

 

Bristric is quite possibly an agent recommendation based on some of our rivals in League One who have been scouting him. A certain team who have signed and developed a few strikers in recent years that have been sold for big money (relatively) to higher leagues wanted him but we have apparently offered a lot more in wages.

He’s a top level championship player so 1/2 years in there, and if we get up straight away he’s a decent lower table PL player for rotation? 

I get he’ll be 34/35 at that point but sometimes you need that for the squad as someone on here mentioned with Chelsea and Jordan Henderson earlier.

I'm guessing with players like this you're also signing them for their off the pitch stuff,which yeah,the club can't be full of young players, it'll never work,so some older players to mould them is needed.

All the players you've cited didn't sign for clubs with a scythe hanging over them and none of them signed on at clubs for 3 years

We have offered him a contract, LFTV said he was having a medical.
