He's tended to do okay during his loan spells and I wonder if that's because he's had to prove himself, whereas it seems as though it's all too comfortable for him here. Needs to get out of his comfort zone for his own sake as much as the club's. That's my theory anyway. 5

Poor decisions on and off the pitch, terrible positional sense and apart from "he gives 100%" has very little else to his game.
