Although it was a good goal from Cullen overall the subs are just so shit every single time, they never seem to properly add anything and if anything usually make us worse

 

That shocking referee performance probably explains why he has never above this level and has usually been in the lower leagues

It was a match which showed just how poor our summer recruitment was.  Also, I suspect, a look of how the side will look now with most younger players left out in place of players who are no longer good enough even for this level.

 

We can't play balls out from the back either as we have a striker incapable of holding up play with his back to goal.  Apart from Alves there was virtually no attacking threat.  Another terrible error from one of our defenders yet again. Players incapable of playing how the manager wants to play and a manager who basically hasn't got a clue about different ways of playing.

Too slow, too ponderous, every time there if a forward pass on we go backwards or sideways.

 

Got the result we deserved.

I've come to terms with the fact that bad officiating will be the norm at this level, and we deserve it for getting ourselves relegated due to ineptitude.

Mostly outfought and out-tackled.  First half especially, Luton looked like they wanted it more -  they pressed and pressed and I suppose an Okoli mistake was always on the card.

 

What on earth was Luke Thomas doing playing on the wing in the first half?  

 

Lundstram's second yellow looked fair enough - you shouldn't be throwing yourself in like that when you are on a yellow.  You see them get given.

 

However, we had a goal that was awarded to us, then apparently ruled out by VAR  and one of our players was booted in the face in the penalty area, so it just wasn't going to be our day.

Why would there be? Fans directed their anger towards the pitch rather than the executive box despite 90% of the squad being new signings and academy products. The majority of them probably can't stand us.

just no consistency to us as things stand at the moment we wont get automatic promotion and play off isnt even looking as if it will happen, I think someone at a high level has to make a big decision pretty soon, we cant afford to stay league one more than a season.
