Football - Quite a few, though Ronaldo (on pitch) and Messi (off it) are the two that immediately spring to mind.

Rugby Union - Tana Umaga (for being totally unrepentant about basically flat-out assault on BOD in 2005) and quite a few more of the AB's, actually.

Cricket - David Warner and Virat Kohli. Both amazingly talented but with all the arrogance that comes with it.

Snooker - Anyone involved in match-fixing.

Boxing - Floyd Mayweather, possibly the most self-centred sportsman in existence, and that's saying something.

Tennis - Stan Wawrinka, not quite sure why but something about him aggravates me no end.

Messi off the pitch?? That's genuinely confused me?

Tax evasion, charity match controversies...though those might be arguable as him merely being ignorant and not covering his bases well enough.

I'm sure there are worse examples, now that I think of it though - Joey Barton, anyone?

The FA

The BBC reported yesterday

Pep Guardiola: Manchester City manager charged for wearing political ribbon

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/43174407

'He breached the FA's kit and advertising regulations, the governing body said.

Guardiola said in November he wears the ribbon to support imprisoned politicians in his native Catalonia.'

This has clearly been going on for some time, as has the struggle for independence for Catalonia reaches a stalemate, with the Madrid government behaving in an autocratic manner and resorting to political repression, which has served to heighten the conflict.

If the FA had taken no action over the ribbon, which is small and contains no words, it would have drawn little attention. Now, however they have escalated the matter which shows the nameless functionaries who drew up this regulation in a very poor light.

Golf, Tiger Woods along with any septic really.

Rugby, lawrence dallaglio.

Snooker, mark williams.

Cricket, austrailia.

Tennis, sue barker.

F1 probably Lewis Hamilton.

Why out of all these names did you only capitalise Woods and Hamilton? What makes those two special?

Nah he's a pussy cat . If there's a more nauseating scrote than deli alli I'd be amazed . I'd be ashamed if that cvnt plays in the World Cup

I have visions of him producing a Beckham-esque moment of petulance which costs us a knock out match. Then as the country mourns our elimination it goes to the break and his stupid smug faced advert comes on.

The Neville brothers.

They too often state ' the obvious' when part of any football analysis they've been involved in, but yet think they're the best pundits/managers around and deserve plaudits etc.

Disagree on Gary Neville. Think he’s been a breath of fresh air to be honest. Hated him as a player but I like his honesty and I feel like he actually does research to back up his opinions

Phil on the other hand isn’t good at anything
