Alf Bentley Posted 8 July 2014 Posted 8 July 2014 I have to come this thread to add my post, not to add anything useful, but simply to be a part of it. This is what its all about lads! Dreaming about the signing which will keep us up! Leo! Leo! Leo! Leo! This is most uncharacteristic ebullience, Jon. Is this a case of close season fever or have you been for a liquid lunch with Ken?
Jon the Hat Posted 8 July 2014 Posted 8 July 2014 This is most uncharacteristic ebullience, Jon. Is this a case of close season fever or have you been for a liquid lunch with Ken? I am having a terrible day at work, and thinking about football is making me happy. I will be supporting the Germans next!!
PAPA LAZAROU Posted 8 July 2014 Posted 8 July 2014 Perhaps people should just NOT READ THE THREAD. It's like being outraged at a TV programme but refusing to change channel with the remote right next to you. Even more moronic that you moan about there being no news, when there actually is news one post above your own. It's not a news site, it's a discussion forum is it not. Spot on .
PAPA LAZAROU Posted 8 July 2014 Posted 8 July 2014 So great Babylon I am now a moron and the Daily Mirror is now font of everything Leicester City. As you point out it is not a news site but a discussion site. I merely pointed out that there has been 25 pages of discussion about a 'non-transfer'. I Apologise for having an opinion that differs from yours. Oh the irony of you complaining and yet contributing to the very same thing you are complaining about . Get it ?
Alf Bentley Posted 8 July 2014 Posted 8 July 2014 I am having a terrible day at work, and thinking about football is making me happy. I will be supporting the Germans next!! Ah! The "I'm not letting the bastards grind me down" sort of ebullience - defiant ebullience. I know it well!
mozartfox Posted 8 July 2014 Posted 8 July 2014 Yep Papa you make a valid point. Although I do not think I was complaining as such. A simple comment earlier today has unintentionally put this thread on the brink of 26 pages. I am only reading it now to see how many more 'digs' I can personally accumulate.
Guest LCFC_World Posted 8 July 2014 Posted 8 July 2014 2002–2004 C.A.I. 7 (1) 2005–2007 San Lorenzo 32 (3) 2007 Arsenal Sarandí 12 (3) 2008 Olimpo 14 (3) 2008–2010 Castellón 78 (30) 2010–2013 Almería 90 (39) 2013– Brighton & Hove Albion 50 (23) His goal scoring record is not too bad, but he is not worth Brightons asking price of £11M. Would be great though, 6 foot of pure strength, can head a ball and got a very powerful shot. Get him if possible. £6M would be about right. wiki page - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leonardo_Ulloa
The Blur Posted 8 July 2014 Posted 8 July 2014 Probably why he'd happily stay at Brighton Are you really sure about that?
artursteppe Posted 8 July 2014 Posted 8 July 2014 Find a girl, settle down, if you want you can marry, look at me, I am old but i'm happy. You're not young if you were around when that was released, Cat.

I Apologise for having an opinion that differs from yours. Actually, you are being a bit of a fanny... Just move on to a different thread? It'll be moved to the Leicester forum once the transfer is completed, if that's any help to you...
MPH Posted 8 July 2014 Posted 8 July 2014 You're not young if you were around when that was released, Cat. Maybe he's quoting the boyzone version
notnow john Posted 8 July 2014 Posted 8 July 2014 Looks like you've upset Babs and disturbed his attack dogs!!
Beliall Posted 8 July 2014 Posted 8 July 2014 Find a girl, settle down, if you want you can marry, look at me, I am old but i'm happy. Thats messed up. That very tune was in my head prior to reading that
Brighton Posted 9 July 2014 Posted 9 July 2014 So Ross McCormack goes to Fulham for £11 million. Since 2010 his goal record is 53 in 137 appearances. Ulloa's in the same period is 62 in 140 appearances. So Leicester, now you know his true value
goose2010 Posted 9 July 2014 Posted 9 July 2014 So Ross McCormack goes to Fulham for £11 million. Since 2010 his goal record is 53 in 137 appearances. Ulloa's in the same period is 62 in 140 appearances. So Leicester, now you know his true value about 5mill, you have to add 'English Player Tax' on to McCormack

Blanesta Posted 9 July 2014 Posted 9 July 2014 about 5mill, you have to add 'English Player Tax' on to McCormack He's Scottish!
Blanesta Posted 9 July 2014 Posted 9 July 2014 So Ross McCormack goes to Fulham for £11 million. Since 2010 his goal record is 53 in 137 appearances. Ulloa's in the same period is 62 in 140 appearances. So Leicester, now you know his true value We won't pay that for an unproven striker! So good luck with your head turned player! Last season: McCormack 28 goals Ulloa 14 goals
Brighton Posted 9 July 2014 Posted 9 July 2014 We won't pay that for an unproven striker! So good luck with your head turned player! Last season: McCormack 28 goals Ulloa 14 goals Mccormack is a one season wonder. Ulloa was out for 3 months last season with a broken foot. Ulloa has proven that he can compete in any league and any level he plays at.
PAPA LAZAROU Posted 9 July 2014 Posted 9 July 2014 Mccormack is a one season wonder. Ulloa was out for 3 months last season with a broken foot. Ulloa has proven that he can compete in any league and any level he plays at. Which is why he wants to see the back of Brighton.
teblin Posted 9 July 2014 Posted 9 July 2014 Mccormack is a one season wonder. Ulloa was out for 3 months last season with a broken foot. Ulloa has proven that he can compete in any league and any level he plays at. We were reportedly interested in Mccormack too. The point was that he can't see us paying £10 million for a stiker that hasn't already scored goals at a top level.
Babylon Posted 9 July 2014 Posted 9 July 2014 Ulloa has proven that he can compete in any league and any level he plays at. No, he's proven he can compete in the second division in Spain and England.
Master Fox Posted 9 July 2014 Posted 9 July 2014 Mccormack looks fat and sluggish to me. He'd not be able to keep up in our team. £11 million is absurd.
ToeKneeHandCock Posted 9 July 2014 Posted 9 July 2014 No, he's proven he can compete in the second division in Spain and England. He's played in La Liga with Almeria too.
