J.Lisemore Posted 27 June 2014 Posted 27 June 2014 Really starting to think that all Uruguayan people are uneducated.
Manwell Pablo Posted 27 June 2014 Posted 27 June 2014 Really starting to think that all Uruguayan people are uneducated. Just culturally different to us. Hispanics always seem to stand up for their own when it comes to stuff like this where as we would obviously condem it and turn on them. Different views on what is deemed acceptable behavior and how important winning is.
J.Lisemore Posted 27 June 2014 Posted 27 June 2014 I'd love to know where the 'the line' is with these people, they'd probably come out and defend him if he committed murder. Wouldn't put it past him either, clearly a nutcase who needs help.
ScouseFox Posted 27 June 2014 Posted 27 June 2014 even the uruguayan president went to the airport to greet suarez home like a hero!! completely mental country.

MC Prussian Posted 28 June 2014 Posted 28 June 2014 Now Oscar Tabarez, the Uruguay manager, is throwing his tantrums and "threatening" to resign from two FIFA posts: http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/28058345 To be continued...
Corky Posted 28 June 2014 Posted 28 June 2014 http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/worldcup/luis-suarez-bite-uruguay-coach-oscar-tabarez-defends-scapegoat-striker-and-says-ban-a-consequence-of-pressure-from-englishspeaking-journalists-9569780.html Oh yes, FIFA are great admirers of the English media, aren't they?
foxes_rule1978 Posted 28 June 2014 Posted 28 June 2014 Why are the country behind him, he disgraced his country and now has left their chances of progressing further in tatters... it is just weird... He did wrong, the punishment may be considered harsh but he was a disgrace! it is pathetic for anyone to treat him like a hero...

Remember Rooney being sent off against Portugal in 06 and being absolutely slaughtered for it.... even though it was such a harsh red card.

marko Posted 28 June 2014 Posted 28 June 2014 http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/28069689 What a ****! Just admit you did wrong and live with it. Up there with 'the dog ate my homework' in the excuses stake. Pathetic and embarrassing. You have to wonder when he's surrounded by so many apologists as to whether he actually believes his own lies.
