Aus Fox Posted 25 October 2015 Posted 25 October 2015 Paddy Kisnorbo on the score sheet for Melbourne City this afternoon. Cracking header.
Tuna Posted 25 October 2015 Posted 25 October 2015 Neil Lennon doing well, propping up the foot of the Championship......And to think people really wanted him here in the summer Not really fair to sneer as he's got shite resources there.
NZ_Foxile Posted 29 October 2015 Posted 29 October 2015 Anyone see Jason Jarrett on TV tonight (class of '92, out of their league)? playing for Salford City

Thought the Nevilles came over as decent blokes. Jarrett though, £300 per week now, that must hurt. Funny to see all the WAGs who are so 'last years model' now. Happens to us all I guess - except me of course.
Aus Fox Posted 30 October 2015 Posted 30 October 2015 Poor Marcus Bent, I liked him as a player but looks like he's another in a downward spiral. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/sportsnews/article-3235660/Former-Premier-League-striker-Marcus-Bent-charged-affray-possession-Class-drug-police-used-Taser-arrest.html

MC Prussian Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 And Nugent opened the score for Middlesbrough against Charlton today - Boro won 3-0 in the end. 1
Alf Bentley Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 Heard they're playing him in the hole Yep, that's his best position, as his strengths are penetration and fluidity of movement. Mind you, he's the only player who gets a tongue-lashing when he's performed well...
Bedford Fox Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 (edited) Nuge will get them up. Great striker at that level Edited 31 October 2015 by Bedford Fox
foxes21 Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 (edited) Knockaert 7 goals and 4 assists this season for Standard Liege in all competitions. Glad he is doing well Edited 31 October 2015 by foxes21
Corky Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 The Preston v Bolton match had a ridiculous amount of ex-Leicester people involved. Both managers, Garry Parker and Steve Walford as Bolton coaches, Steve Thompson as Preston assistant. Then the players- Heskey, Gallagher, Danns, Spearing, Cunningham.

KFS Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 Greg Cunningham was class for those 13 games before he broke his leg
Thracian Posted 7 November 2015 Posted 7 November 2015 Not really fair to sneer as he's got shite resources there. Not really fair to sneer as he's got shite resources there. Having shit resources and still being successful is arguably the mark of a good manager. Managing teams like Celtic with far greater resources than any of your league opponents and having just a handful of genuinely competitive league games per season proves nothing.
Poiseuille Posted 10 November 2015 Posted 10 November 2015 Watched FA cup highlights at the weekend and saw ex-Leicester player after player, surprised no mention on here. Barry Hayles (yes, at 43!) helping Chesham to a surprise win. Got an assist I think? Eric Odhiambo playing for Brackley town. Chris Weale coming on as a sub for Yeovil Town and making a decent save. I'm sure I spotted a few others.

Thracian Posted 10 November 2015 Posted 10 November 2015 It was more years back than that, sad to say. I lived there and they were my last club before I went full time in squash.
Domsdad Posted 12 November 2015 Posted 12 November 2015 (edited) Marton Fulop passed away today, just 32. Cancer! RIP far too young to be taken. Edited 12 November 2015 by Domsdad
