Guest Col city fan Posted 11 April 2015 Posted 11 April 2015 Brilliant today. Best game I've been too in ages. Ps...The parking was easy!
Fox92 Posted 11 April 2015 Posted 11 April 2015 Ps...The parking was easy! Apologies Col, there were plenty of car parking! I thought it was difficult last time, but like I said that was 2008!
casablancas Posted 11 April 2015 Posted 11 April 2015 mate, if you fućk like you complain, your missus is a lucky lady. Fu€king quality reply. Hahah.
Legend_in_blue Posted 11 April 2015 Posted 11 April 2015 The belief appears to be returning to the players. That, and the fact that we're adopting our tried and tested up and at em approach rather than setting up not to lose is now paying off. Win our home games, with the exception of Chelsea perhaps, and take points out of Sunderland and Burnley away and we have this sorted imo.
GingerrrFox Posted 11 April 2015 Posted 11 April 2015 I have critical about pearson and his poor performance this season and have voiced that on here. Clearly we have had shit results most of the season, and bizarre tactics and behaviour from pearson, so the things said on the whole were warranted. So why the **** would people come on here when we have won two in a row, and slag the bloke off. Still don't think he should be here, but credit to him and his players for the two results. A long way to go to save the season, so if or when we don't do well again, shall we post where's all the pearson bum lickers gone, when they go missing when he wasn't defendable, not all pro pearson I will add, but a lot. That's fair enough and it's good of you to say that but there are double figures amount of posters who as soon as we win go quiet and you see nothing from then until we lose a game and then all of sudden out they pop again to tell everybody else how shit the players/managers are. No matter what they tell everybody else, those posters aren't Leicester City supporters.

To coin the favourite footballing cliché, it is a results business these days, loyalty is fickle. I remember Martin O Neill saying precisely the same "results business" thing 19 years ago exactly as he was going through the mill with the fans before seven straight wins in April-May 1996......leading to the greatest period in LCFC's history. Obviously you can't compare that scenario back then to now but it is that cliché which dictates all nowadays.......
UpTheLeagueFox Posted 11 April 2015 Posted 11 April 2015 Substitutions / change of tactics win us two games on the bounce. NP is learning...
Clever Fox Posted 11 April 2015 Posted 11 April 2015 Terrific performance today after a poor start. At long last were going wide and getting crosses into the middle even though some of our positioning in the box was poor. Still it's never too late and were in with a realistic chance now. A win next week could lift us out of the bottom 3. We just have to keep working hard and keeping the faith.
weller54 Posted 11 April 2015 Posted 11 April 2015 Substitutions / change of tactics win us two games on the bounce. NP is learning... Although, it's still a mystery why Kramaric didn't get on????
Durnerz Posted 11 April 2015 Posted 11 April 2015 Looks like he's finally cracked it! The substitutions raised an eyebrow when Kramaric didn't replace Ulloa but the system worked and we've taken a game by the scruff for the first time this season.Thank the lord we didn't get Pulis, playing for the 2-1 with over a third of the game to go, madness. Still we had to do it the hard way but we've got the momentum with us now, honestly believing we can carry this through and do the unthinkable, it won't be easy but theres more belief now than I had three games ago.C'mon city!
st albans fox Posted 11 April 2015 Posted 11 April 2015 Substitutions / change of tactics win us two games on the bounce. NP is learning... Some would ask why we started with the wrong formation but at least it seems we have better options available now and, perhaps we are getting that most important ingredient - a rub of the green when it matters
iamafox Posted 11 April 2015 Posted 11 April 2015 Wow what a difference a week makes. From being almost down and out to within 3 points of safety. I literally didn't see this coming. I'll have to pinch myself to believe we can actually survive! Let's keep the ball rolling!
Clever Fox Posted 11 April 2015 Posted 11 April 2015 Substitutions / change of tactics win us two games on the bounce. NP is learning... Yes he is learning. The addition of MA has made a big difference and should have gotten more games. especially since Mahrez hasn't been the same player since going off to African games in February. Keep it up Nigel it's great to watch.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 11 April 2015 Posted 11 April 2015 Vardy's goal reminded me of Birmingham away last season. Absolutely brilliant day today. Did anyone else have a curry in The Vine?
MC Prussian Posted 11 April 2015 Posted 11 April 2015 Although, it's still a mystery why Kramaric didn't get on???? It's not like we actually needed him today, is it??? I'm starting to believe some of Pearson's fiercest critics just need something, anything to cling on to as their last resort: "Yeah, we won - but why didn't he introduce that £9.5m striker? PEARSON OUT!!" We won for the second time in a row now, enjoy it while it lasts. Stop nitpicking.
sylofox Posted 11 April 2015 Posted 11 April 2015 mate, if you fućk like you complain, your missus is a lucky lady. If he moans at home like he does here his Mrs would have fvcked off years ago.
Raj Posted 11 April 2015 Posted 11 April 2015 Substitutions / change of tactics win us two games on the bounce. NP is learning...Yes he's finally learning with 7 games left!!!I'm sure he's doing this on purpose to keep us all interested otherwise we'd only be in mid table mediocrisy!!!!!
Clever Fox Posted 11 April 2015 Posted 11 April 2015 Some would ask why we started with the wrong formation but at least it seems we have better options available now and, perhaps we are getting that most important ingredient - a rub of the green when it matters At long last NP is understanding what he has in terms of players and ability. He's found a way to get the most out of them even if it means taking a few chances at the back. What's more is he has them all at least trying for him even if the lack of ability let's some of them down at times.

It was a cauldron out there in the second half and he's still only finding his feet in England never mind the game. I'm sure he'll play his part before the seasons over. While it looked like the obvious choice to bring on I think NP got it right today.

No offence, but it really would be good if you could make these assertions after actually being at games. A lot of us thought he should have started today, in place of Ulloa. And it IS bewildering that Pearson should pay such a lot of money for a striker, then not play him. It implies that Nigel can't comsider his record signing good enough to warrant a place in a team who are still bottom of the division. If so, why pay what he did for him? I know your glasses are unbelievably blue tinted but even you must see where some of the fans are coming from on this? Or maybe not...
lgfualol Posted 11 April 2015 Posted 11 April 2015 Feel bad for shitting on Vardy around christmas. He has really impressed lately, can't believe how much he can run. I AM STARTING TO LOVE THE TEAM WITH ALL MY HEART AGAIN
