katieakita Posted 27 December 2015 Posted 27 December 2015 There's going to be a cup match against Spurs shortly and it's easy to forsee a few changes in order to give some players a rest after a busy period. Inler and Benny to start hopefully and if fit enough, given a full 90 minutes. It would also be nice to see Okazaki in the Vardy role with Krameric in behind. If he has the right attitude he needs to bust his gut to try and show Ranieri he's worth his price tag. It's up to him to adapt to our style, take his chances (ie no powder puff efforts trying to impress straight at the goalkeeper ). He was also easy to knock off the ball and by now, with a shining example like Vardy, should have done some gym work to ensure that doesn't happen. He's been here long enough now to guage what's required from him in the Premiership. Thought Yohan looks pretty bulked up for me wont judge him on his attempts on goal to be honest
Donut Posted 27 December 2015 Posted 27 December 2015 Amazing that some are still going with the "Ranieri cant spot talent" arguments. Fvck me give it a rest its embarrasing.
ImBlue Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 I think I understand it now. Bad buy = Ranieri pick Good buy = Walsh pick
Babylon Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 I think I understand it now. Bad buy = Ranieri pick Good buy = Walsh pick There have been several press sources that said he was a Ranieri pick. But you know, keep banging your drum.
dave_the_fox Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 I think I understand it now. Bad buy = Ranieri pick Good buy = Walsh pick Which is okazaki?
FireFox Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 Which is okazaki? The owners' signing. And Simpson, Upson, and Kramaric are all Pearson signings.
LCFC FOX Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 Steve Walsh should just become a manager then
oxford blue Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 Steve Walsh should just become a manager then OK, a slightly flippant comment, but no doubt Steve Walsh should be offered a new, more remunerative, long term contract.
VLC86 Posted 28 December 2015 Posted 28 December 2015 I wud luv Steve Walsh to be are manager, Citee legend n class captain so wud defo 1000% make a gud manager.

Vardinio'sCat Posted 29 December 2015 Posted 29 December 2015 It would be nice to properly see at least some of the players we buy, before they leave. I guess that is more of a reflection of our success, than anything else, but it would be nice to see a bit more of that tinkering we had been promised. The struggles of a being 'top' club, eh! Forza Claudio
VLC86 Posted 29 December 2015 Posted 29 December 2015 Ru talking about former player or the scout steve here? Sorry just abit confused Same person pal, get with it.
SecretPro Posted 29 December 2015 Posted 29 December 2015 People still slating Benny? He was solid as a rock in the cup, especially against West Ham.
Guest Posted 29 December 2015 Posted 29 December 2015 Same person pal, get with it. No they're not. They're identical twins.
Thracian Posted 5 January 2016 Posted 5 January 2016 Keep Inler but sell Benalouane I'd do the opposite.
Webbo Posted 5 January 2016 Posted 5 January 2016 I assume this will only go through if we get a replacement and with us apparently pulling out of the Dragovic deal it might not happen.
desertfox2 Posted 5 January 2016 Posted 5 January 2016 With our position now. We have a much wider choice of players to shop for. Don't think he will leave unless we have someone else lined up straight away as a replacement.
Raw Dykes Posted 5 January 2016 Posted 5 January 2016 I'd do the opposite. Same. Benny looked class against West Ham. I think he could eventually get into the team, although it looks like he is going. I don't think Inler will ever fit into this team and he's no spring chicken. I suspect he's getting paid a lot more than he's worth as well. Too slow, also.

Was that the League Cup game... if it was then I agree, he was brilliant!
MC Prussian Posted 6 January 2016 Posted 6 January 2016 I'd do the opposite. But what about the Academy?
