foxes_rule1978 Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 Please don't tell me he's actually said they'll be celebrating with champagne for getting to 40 points. What a fvcking pathetic mentality. That was the target... achieved in just over half the games ...
weller54 Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 They also recently got battered 4 nil But won the next two...
Socks Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 im just not panicking like half you lot are on here u sound like were going down ffs ?? i am more than happy for what we have achieved this past 2 years, i hope it continues.... oh an Ighalo wont come to us, I will put my house on it
EGBFitness Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 Please don't tell me he's actually said they'll be celebrating with champagne for getting to 40 points. What a fvcking pathetic mentality. Granted it was after a frustrating game but they achieved their goal from the start of the season?
foxes_rule1978 Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 But won the next two... And were poor again today, they are far from a consistent side yet... they are Arsenal and always slip up
Harry - LCFC Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 Ulloa was appalling but oddly enough we could've done with him late in the game. It was all crosses and lobbed through balls at the end. So many 3rd conditional errors right now. Yawn.
Manwell Pablo Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 I'm sure you have to touch the ball first, and I thought he got Vardy first If that's the case then yeah penalty but I'm going to stop discussing it as, as stated twice not actually seen it. Well then that's a different situation all together. I can see why there's discussion about today's instance, does he go through Vardy's leg before he gets the ball? It's a tough call because it's very close. I'm sure shearer and his super slow mo will clear it up
ARM1968 Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 Unfortunately I agree about Okazaki and Ulloa. Neither appear good enough for where we are. At the start of the season I thought Austin would help in a bottom half scrap. We're above that though and have a chance to chase dreams. I think we should grab the chance we have and buy quality. Push on and hopefully cement a top 4 spot - which would be unreal.
Monsell1976 Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 Shocking performance all round, never at the races, we look dead on our feet. Not slagging them off, they have put in some serious shifts in over the first half of the season, and a performance like that was due. Time to rotate some players now, we are Leicester city and haven't got the strength in depth, but we need to use the squad now, and we have players who could do a job.
Sol thewall Bamba Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 Been bigging up Dyer for a couple of weeks and I was really glad to see him coming on at HT. Awful. The worst half of football from a City player this season, and the tail 3 or 4 months of last season. I usually don't like to pick out individuals like this but I couldn't believe how poor he was today. Really disappointed in him but from some of his reactions indicated he was disappointed in himself as well.
NewquayFox Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 Fraustating game today, proved a couple of things though, we need a goalscoring striker to partner Vardy, we need a creative centre mid to help Drinky & Kante and with the signing of Gray now have a fantastic option for an attacking winger as Dyer spent more time on his arse than Okazaki normally does... Up the City....
Guest ttfn Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 Ulloa was appalling but oddly enough we could've done with him late in the game. It was all crosses and lobbed through balls at the end. Yawn. Exactly what I was thinking - not so much for any goal threat or ability to hold the ball (because there's not much evidence of either of them atm) but just as a sort of agent of chaos in the penalty area and somebody else to draw attention away from Vardy and Mahrez.
Unabomber Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 thought bournemouth played great and deffo earned their point. We did ok, Kante was great Simpson ok Vardy good as per. Riyad had an off day but shit happens. Disappointing result of course but remember when we lost 3 - 0 at home to Millwall a few years ago? That's grim, this was just a little blip on our road to glory.
Ozwin Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 For a bottom half side Ulloa and Okazaki are great players to have. Now we are where we are, and nobody expected this, we are having to make do. Management have a huge decision to make, do they stick or do they twist and get someone in who can push us towards the sorts of places we are prematurely aiming for?
Matt Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 Poor, very disappointed! Mahrez had the worst game i've seen him have (And the Penatly didn't effect that, I was saying it before the penalty, I was hoping he could redeem himself with the penalty...) Shame the next game is a cup match because it almost feels like going into an international break on the back of a loss (Maybe abit OTT but that how it feels to me). Not alot else to say, only let's move on.

RUDZY Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 We had the chances to take all 3 Points but you could just feel it was gonna be 1 of those days... MAHREZ GOOD PENALTY and top performance. ARTUR BORUC superstar goalie just as quick off the mark...BOOM!!! JAMIE VARDY plenty of commitment as per usual keep going kiddo more goals sure to come. POSITIVITY RULES we gained another point! Don't Forget BOURNEMOUTH BEAT MAN UTD. It isn't a crisis but yet again we haven't hit the back of the net. Foxes Remedy JEFF SCHLUPP
Guest ttfn Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 mate have you seen ulloa play the last few weeks? if he was on in the last 30 mins all he would've done was give away free kicks I was trying to be nice. If you haven't got anything nice to say don't say anything at all, that's what I've been taught.

possiblygeorge Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 We've scored ZERO goals in three matches since playing Liverpool. Before that we've scored in every match. We've only conceded one goal though. What's gone wrong? Delaying the inevitable?

Rasmic123 Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 Please don't tell me he's actually said they'll be celebrating with champagne for getting to 40 points. What a fvcking pathetic mentality. i think that actually, it is you sir with the pathetic mentality. they were given a target of 40 points and have achieved it in 20 games. While the result is nothing to celebrate about, the season most certainly is and a lot of people on here seem to have forgotten the 17 games at the start of the season where we picked up an incredible 38 points. Get some damn perspective!
fuchsntf Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 And were poor again today, they are far from a consistent side yet... they are Arsenal and always slip up Just admit it...Arsenal are better than us and a far better squad. Too many on here, darent look at the truth. Arsenal, now have a great chance for the Title, I dont particular like them, but dont do silly comparisons just because we foxes are playing among the big boys. They could put out 3 players, behind Vardy and Marhrez if our 2 got injured, and were on their books, we cant put out 1.

Also ways seemed to go out of play with the ball. Maybe it had something to do with the narrowing of the pitch? How long has the pitch been narrowed for?
