Guest Col city fan Posted 31 May 2016 Posted 31 May 2016 Are any of the Polish teams in the Champs league? On a recent trip to Krakow I was talking football with our taxi driver. Nice lad, Polish obviously but spoke great English. He showed me the parkland between the two clubs in Krakow (Wisla and Cracovia) and told me that there were major fights every season on that bit of land (the two stadia are literally either side of the park) AND someone has been stabbed almost every season. The whole area simply looked and felt intimidating. And that was when it was empty!

Going to make sure I enjoy every minute of this while we remain in it even if I don't manage to scrounge a ticket. When does TV coverage kick in? I know first games were last week, Obviously I can't see many people wanting to watch TNS but Celtic surely must be on later in month?

I honestly believe that if we manage to hold onto Kante & Mahrez, and with the new signings, we could do quite well in CL. No reason think we'd get destroyed in any case.

Their opponents will be decided tomorrow when first qualifying round fixtures are completed.
