Or may have had money on it Exactly, plus they treated him like shit as he wasn't a "galactico" even though he scored in pretty much every appearance
weller54 Posted 9 March 2017 Posted 9 March 2017 Some ex footballers are suited to punditry, some aren't... Owen!.. You aren't.. What a complete and utter cvnt!!
Fox 4 Life Posted 9 March 2017 Posted 9 March 2017 Amazing comebacks cause crazy reactions. I'm not a man city fan but was losing it when aguero scored that goal. Similarly when solskjaer scored the winner against munich. That's why football is the greatest game on the planet. Owen is still a **** though

He had the highest goals to minutes ratio in La Liga the year he was there, I believe. He was always over rated by England fans and he is a terrible pundit but credit where it's due, he wasn't that bad at Madrid. Was a bit like Javier Hernandez, prolific super sub.

Suarez has to fall over cos he isn't getting to the pass. Meanwhile, in ealingfox's parallel universe .......... He's right though. Don't pretend you wouldn't have been absolutely screaming for a penalty if that had been Vardy.

Nalis Posted 9 March 2017 Posted 9 March 2017 Just seen the goals and penalty decisions again. Granted Suarez goes down easily for his but they are both penalties and good decisions by the ref.

No he was Amazing for Real, only kept out of the team by the politics of Raul and the best striker of all time Ronaldo.

Guest Col city fan Posted 10 March 2017 Posted 10 March 2017 Owen scored 19 goals in 43 games for Real Madrid. Not bad, but hardly prolific.

Finnegan Posted 15 March 2017 Author Posted 15 March 2017 Man City's line up. Three full backs, four or five attacking midfielders, one centre half and that's John Stones. Defending, what's that?
