why?

he was at Real for one season probably doesn't have that much of a connection with them. Or may have had money on it lol

Exactly, plus they treated him like shit as he wasn't a "galactico" even though he scored in pretty much every appearance

Amazing comebacks cause crazy reactions. I'm not a man city fan but was losing it when aguero scored that goal. Similarly when solskjaer scored the winner against munich. That's why football is the greatest game on the planet.

Owen is still a **** though

16 goals in 45 games isn't quite pretty much every appearance lol

Maybe not but most were off the bench which still makes it impressive yet it wasn't good enough for Madrid!

He had the highest goals to minutes ratio in La Liga the year he was there, I believe.

He was always over rated by England fans and he is a terrible pundit but credit where it's due, he wasn't that bad at Madrid.

Was a bit like Javier Hernandez, prolific super sub.

Vardy would have brought that ball down as he would have been a yard further forward with his pace. Suarez has to fall over cos he isn't getting to the pass. Meanwhile, in ealingfox's parallel universe ..........

He's right though. Don't pretend you wouldn't have been absolutely screaming for a penalty if that had been Vardy.

lol

I nearly didn't write that for fear of looking a tit at the end of the game but I didn't think PSG could possibly fvck it up from that point!

Hardly a shocker is it

fvcking twat could eat an apple through a tennis racket bless him. :D

That's sort of what I meant. You know... "X in X shocker" when it's in fact really obvious?

Just seen the goals and penalty decisions again. Granted Suarez goes down easily for his but they are both penalties and good decisions by the ref.

Hate Barcelona as well. Neymar and Suarez are odious *****. Other than Messi, never liked any of their big players. Their "fans" are unbearable as well. Worse than Man Utd "fans".

messi is the worst of the lot. horrible, horrible little man.

No he was Amazing for Real, only kept out of the team by the politics of Raul and the best striker of all time Ronaldo.

Owen scored 19 goals in 43 games for Real Madrid.

Not bad, but hardly prolific.

Only started 15 of those matches though. His goals to minute ratio was the best in la liga that year.

lol Man City's line up.

Three full backs, four or five attacking midfielders, one centre half and that's John Stones. Defending, what's that?
