Oh yeah I do agree its largely on how we perform, ie, if we perform we'll stay up. The focus on those around is more about the insurance that, until recently, we would still stay up with shit performances because the rest are poor. Now it looks like we will indeed need to step it up.

Even with Swansea winning we're still five above the relegation zone so a couple of wins will make a huge difference. It's up to us to do something about it.

With Palace down to 10 men with Jeffrey Schlupp off the pitch with an injury, Everton are allowed to continue and pile the pressure on the Palace back line.

The ball comes to Tom Davies and he picks out Coleman with a defence-splitting pass. The Irish full-back advances and blasts a high finish beyond Wayne Hennessey.

Surely that's all three points for the visitors.

Was watching it, Schlupp put in a good run had an effort saved at the near post and sat off the pitch with what looked like cramp. Everton played on and then Schlupp, probably being shouted at by big sam and the fans, rolled back on to the pitch but the ref rightly ignored him and Everton played on and scored. Schlupp was remonstrating as the physios worked on him and then he got hooked off. Poor Jeff, he'd done quite well at wing back Tbf until then.

Lets not act like West Ham haven't had the most favourable run of fixtures in football history though.

They've won 5 games since the 11th of December and they've come against the current bottom 5.

Same as us then. Apart from they've actually won games.

Absolutely, fair play to them.

Bit premature to say they've turned a corner though. Considering they've been completely outclassed in their other games in that time frame (all losses).

Very true.

BT commentators have no idea of the laws of the game lol

Yes you can take an indirect free kick in the attacking teams half from an offside, the offence is where the offside player touches or comes into play (even if it's in the attacking teams half)

And also it is a foul when you only get a bit of the ball but the follow through takes all of the man lol

Why does Sterling have to take an extra touch or take on another defender every time he has the ball? Just offload it or shoot when you've worked the space, it's pointless opening up a chance for a shot or to play a teammate in only to run into an opponent.

Ian Darke is awful. Was whittering on about "many people thought Ben Davies would come in as left back because he plays there for Wales"

No Ian, nobody thought that. Danny Rose has been first choice for Spurs all season and has been playing very well.
