Seems like a lot of fans from 8th and below are unhappy with their manager and many want their manager out.

 

Heard Martin Samuel this morning on the Sunday S.upplement coming out with the usual "What do Southampton fans ecpect" in regards to Saints fans being underwhelmed with Puel. Likewise with Stoke. Robbie Savage called Stoke fans clueless last week cos they're not happy with Hughes.

 

The league is so poor that a bit of consistency with a 3/4 real quality players will get you far. Even West Brom in 8th are fed up with Pulis. Southampton, Stoke, Leicester, West Ham etc have all had poor seasons.

Southampton had a poor season? They are top half and they've sold so many key players over the seasons. They are over achieving.

Maybe write a letter to FA and/or UEFA with suggestions to send a team with positive experience, a team that also brings some excitement to the table, like two thrilling duels in play-offs?

I dunno, maybe those sensational champions of England who also was the last English team left in the tournament?.. :whistle:

Hard not to love the saints when they play Liverpool since you can imagine liverpool fans and owners thinking "Jesus Christ, every year they do well, and every year we buy what made them do well, and we still can't beat the bastards."

It's because they don't score goals, but what do they expect? You can't sell your best players ever year and expect to challenge for a European spot.

That's nothing to do with the fans though, of course they'll annoyed if they lose their players and managers. Puel seemed like a good appointment but they can't score goals and we know what that feels like.
