CloudFox Posted 11 August 2016 Posted 11 August 2016 No thank you. He's a good option, and we need a deep squad for this season. Everyone will get game time, I'm sure.
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 11 August 2016 Posted 11 August 2016 He's going to continue to improve under Claudio I reckon, and Jeff's said himself that CR is giving him pointers to develop his game. Keep, his pace is an asset.

ronnup Posted 11 August 2016 Posted 11 August 2016 I love the massive simpleton but he's never going to be a regular here. He's not actually a good footballer, just seems to bumble thorough people tenaciously and his rapid. He can't really finish well and his crossing even though improved, isn't great. He's not a defender and we've got loads of options wide now. Time for him to move on sadly
FrankieADZ Posted 11 August 2016 Posted 11 August 2016 they've got new owners, so they can pay nearer £20 mil i think
Jon the Hat Posted 11 August 2016 Posted 11 August 2016 They can **** off for any money. Said it before and I will say it again, sell no one who doesn't demand to go. Now is not the time.
Jonezy Posted 11 August 2016 Posted 11 August 2016 Do not sell The Schlupperman!! He always causes some sort of havoc and he came through the academy.

DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 11 August 2016 Posted 11 August 2016 I also don't believe now is the time to sell. Give him another season to improve, and if he doesn't, then sell him.
CosbehFox Posted 11 August 2016 Posted 11 August 2016 He's basically Bolasie. £30 million according to current market values

Come on ffs. 11m is a fair price. Wouldn't have any problems selling Schlupp for the price of Gray + Kapustka. It's good business.
Alex_LCFC Posted 11 August 2016 Posted 11 August 2016 Love it how schlupp has become a bit of a fans favourite

Jordan Ibe wasn't worth £15 million, Bolasie isn't worth £30 million, Sterling wasn't worth nearly £50 million. But nowdays these are the ridiculous prices teams are paying for average players. In today's over inflated transfer market Schlupp is worth over £15 million. Jheeze we we even got quoted £20 million for Robbie fvcking Brady. You wouldn't even be able to sign a half decent championship player for £11 million nowdays.
sm1 Posted 11 August 2016 Posted 11 August 2016 With Ranieri chasing and getting Kapustka, I think he's now open to the idea of Jeff leaving, hence SSN quoting Ranieri as saying "if he wants first team football he may need to leave" For the right price (15M+) or a swop with Rondon, I think its a good move for both
VLC86 Posted 11 August 2016 Posted 11 August 2016 I swear if we got £15m for Schlupp im calling the club who buys him and asking if they want to sue us for fraud.
Freeman's Wharfer Posted 11 August 2016 Posted 11 August 2016 Wonder how long Schlupp's been trying to figure out how you hand in a transfer request. Should be in by January.
Bayfox Posted 11 August 2016 Posted 11 August 2016 Genuine question with this talk of Jeff and Liam leaving. Don't we need 4 club trained players in our cl squad. So that would leave us kingy and chillwell who we could name. So would we have to name 2 kids if they the above pair left?

Schlupp was one of the better players under Pearson 2 years ago. His still 23 and is a raw talent, not really had a long run in the team for a while.
HankMarvin Posted 11 August 2016 Posted 11 August 2016 The Baggies had a £9m bid rejected by the Foxes earlier this summer, but have tested the champions' resolve with another offer. Versatile Schlupp helped Leicester pull off their huge shock and win the Premier League title last season. However, the Ghanaian international has been told he can leave the King Power Stadium, and West Brom boss Tony Pulis can offer him a regular role at the Hawthorns. Gotta be worth half of Bolasies value

Thanks, What has King done in the team in the last three years? Remember that small part he played when he won us a couple of match's with crucial goals/performances when we stayed up? Also played a good part in games towards the end of last season as well as clearly being a good guy to have around. Would we get £11m for King? Nope, therefore in direct response to the comment, I would rather sell schlupp for £11m than lose King for a lot less.
