weller54 Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 The Market Leaders v Burnley. ...confidence high after that CL win? 3-0 Slimani 2 Mahrez.
Fox 4 Life Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 Same team as tonight (Simpson in for hernandez if fit) and we should pickup 3 points
Spicer Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 Time to see how fit our players are. Lets smash them.
Guest Sharpe's Fox Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 Am not looking forward to this. You know Burnley are going to come and do everything to spoil the game and never come out and play if they can help it. Nothing will sicken me more than to see a smug Sean Dyche going on about how they earned a point or God forbid three. If we give them anything, even a throw in their own half, I will pissed off for a week.
Izzy Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 I'll give my thoughts on the Burnley game on Friday. I need 48 hours to get over my hangover from tonight
Vacamion Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 I would be particularly unhappy if we conceded a last minute free kick like last time we got cocky, but we should be beating these...
AyewJoking Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 as poor as burnley are, they will be a damn sight better than brugge so we will need our heads on right. i'd take a 1-0 and 3 points thank you very much.
Jakemoore Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 Can't stand Burnley. And I hate Dyce with a passion so let's please smash them. I think we will too. Leicester 4-2 Burnley.
Arriba Los Zorros Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 Burnley at home never fills me with confidence after all the years of 0-1 losses but **** them, we just won in the Champions League, not really overly bothered about Sean Dick's bunch of merry journeymen
RastaDog Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 Will Okazaki start/be on the bench? Will we be seeing squad rotation?
Tuna Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 We show the heart, desire and work rate we did tonight and we'll win. Same team with Simpson in for Hernandez and Mendy in for Amartey if possible.
EnglishOxide Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 No reason for us not to be confident for this one. Unchanged lineup. Just got to make sure Burnley don't outwork us to collect those second balls.
lcfcben76 Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 2-0 win, would rotate a couple and use a few of the "first teamers" vs chelsea
Wymsey Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 Is their forward Gray banned for this (over the controversial tweet)? Looks a handful. Hope Musa and Gray have more game-time. Set-pieces will be crucial in this one perhaps.
Gary Eatfood Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 Slimani to absolutely terrorise Keane. Another 3-0 win.
ajthefox Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 Like others, I'd take a 1-0 win now, the key thing really is to keep our momentum going. It could be an opportunity to score a few, but we can't go into this game giving it the big'un because it's Burnley. It's exactly that attitude that many other teams took last year that did us so well. Burnley may not have masses of talent, but they will likely be organised and they will work hard. We need to make sure we come out full of beans, work harder than them for the full 90 and that we never let them get into the game. We need to build on tonight and get some positivity going.
STUHILL Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 Would like to see Okazaki back on the bench but guess that would mean dropping Ulloa. Tough call. Same team though. Thought Albrighton was good again. Still feel we are missing something in midfield but we were definitely less rushed tonight and made smarter decisions with balls forward. Looking forward to Mendy coming back as I am hoping he can help us control the midfield better than we have been doing.
Harry96 Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 Don't think we'll see many changes here with Chelsea in the cup on Tuesday

lee7 Posted 15 September 2016 Posted 15 September 2016 These will be so much tougher to play against than Brugge were. As long as we win I don't care how badly we play against these. Hopefully Simpson comes back in for Hernandez.
chicagofox Posted 15 September 2016 Posted 15 September 2016 I think we should use s little rotation for this one. Not as a reflection on anyone's performance this season or in Belgium. In the CL they were all stars. Schmeichel Simpson Wasyl Huth Chilwell Gray Drinkwater Amartey (Mendy if fit) Riyad Slimani Vardy
UPinCarolina Posted 15 September 2016 Posted 15 September 2016 Okazaki will likely be back on the bench for this one. I think rotation in the squad will start to come into play now.
