ian_marshall Posted 18 February 2017 Posted 18 February 2017 If it's dislocated then more than likely he'll have torn his Labrum. It'll need repairing and with rehab he'll be looking at around a minimum of 6 weeks before he can even contemplate resuming anything near normal duties.
