adejo92 Posted 15 March 2017 Posted 15 March 2017 I need us to be at home first so that i can make the away leg. Got my fingers crossed that we are pulled out first!
Guest bss9401 Posted 15 March 2017 Posted 15 March 2017 Premier League having to arrange the fixtures around little old us. Quite right I say?.

I'd take it to be honest, particularly if we were to play away in the first leg. I can see the tie playing out in a very similar fashion to the Sevilla tie.
SemperEadem Posted 15 March 2017 Posted 15 March 2017 Juve gets my vote. Germany would be great trips and could tie in a visit to see our Bochum friends. Although the ten German bomber types would be awful.

Kitchandro Posted 15 March 2017 Posted 15 March 2017 I don't know about you but in 30 years time I'm not going to be happily reminiscing about about how we went to the Nou Camp and got thrashed by some of the best players ever. I'm going to be talking about last night and the ecstasy of reaching the last 8. It actually makes me sick to hear (from ex-footballers, mainly) that we apparently all want a glamour tie. No, I'm not interested in other teams, I want mine to win football matches FFS. Let's see how far we can take this bad boy.
fazzyfox Posted 15 March 2017 Posted 15 March 2017 At work I think I'll be fabricating a "toilet break" at 11:00 on Friday after which I may well need a genuine one

justfoxes Posted 15 March 2017 Posted 15 March 2017 WELL WE ALL KNOW NOW IT WONT BE MANCHESTER CITY!! who would have thought this that Englands only representative in the quarter finals would be your champions of England !!
ARM1968 Posted 15 March 2017 Posted 15 March 2017 To be honest it's appropriate that the Champions of England are our last representatives in the Champions League. I just hope the other bellend teams haven't damaged our coefficient or disgraced the Premier League too greatly. I guess we must soldier on regardless and see where this journey ends - I think I know :-). As as for who we get next I don't really mind. Whoever it is will probably think they've got a bye into the Semi-final.

Not suggesting for one second that we will win the tournament, but if we pulled off the impossible dream I'd rather be known as a team that won the tournament by beating the likes of Barca, than one that won the Cup by beating Malmo.
Vardinio'sCat Posted 15 March 2017 Posted 15 March 2017 Zidane doesn't fancy us either! Real Madrid are frightened of us, oh my days... http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/real-madrid-boss-zinedine-zidane-10034106

Merging Cultures Posted 16 March 2017 Posted 16 March 2017 I was hoping for Man City, we know how to beat them. But we also know that we can beat anyone, so we should go into any match confident. That being said, Atletico, Juve or Monaco please. And let's move on to the Semis!
justfoxes Posted 16 March 2017 Posted 16 March 2017 my prediction for the. Semis :- Atletico v Barcelona Bayern v Juventus Monaco v Real Madrid Dortmund v Leicester
Hawk17 Posted 16 March 2017 Posted 16 March 2017 Please be Barca. Huth & Morgan v Messi, Neymar & Suarez would give memories to last a lifetime.
Raj Posted 16 March 2017 Posted 16 March 2017 I can only make a home tie on the Wednesday 19th...#prayforraj

foxfanazer Posted 16 March 2017 Posted 16 March 2017 I actually don't care who we get now. If I had to choose it would probably be Barca as we could exploit their defence but they're all much of a muchness really
shailen Posted 16 March 2017 Posted 16 March 2017 I see this in two perspectives. Monaco, Dortmund & Atletico are more winnable ties. Whereas Barca, Bayern, Juve and Real are more glamorous ties. If we are to get knocked out I'd rather it be against the latter teams, however for our chances of progression I'm hoping for one of the "easier" ties.

That's the fall out from the abject defence of our PL title. We're just seen as bottom half PL side at best.
MC Prussian Posted 16 March 2017 Posted 16 March 2017 26 Hours. I want Kiefer Sutherland to be the main protagonist in the new hit TV series that covers a day in the life of a Leicester City fan leading up to the Champions League quarter-final draw.

ultrafox Posted 16 March 2017 Posted 16 March 2017 For me, the most important thing about the draw is that we play the 2nd leg at the King Power stadium. That means we have to be drawn as the second team out of the pot. The first team drawn plays the 1st leg home.
