Seriously, why would it be a great moment if this thread does surpass the Maynard thread?

It wouldnt. It's just that some people have no life.

Yes because this ongoing image rights issue that's been around for 2 years was definitely made up last week to cover for this "injury"

He didn't pull his hamstring, he was going to sing at his press conference but broke the g string on his guitar beforehand, Rudkin restrung it with some garden twine, Kelechi chucked a massive rock star diva fit and it's only just now that he's been tempted out of his hotel room with the promise of a headlining spot at summer sundae.

Pep Guardiola confirms Manchester City buy-back clause for Kelechi Iheanacho as striker closes in on Leicester move

The Nigerian has been allowed to leave the Etihad with a £25million switch to Leicester close to completion

Pep Guardiola has confirmed Kelechi Iheanacho will leave Manchester City - although the club have insisted on a buy-back clause.

The Nigerian is on the verge of a £25million move to Leicester City after being told he is not part of Guardiola' s plans.

City have insisted on a clause into any transfer, meaning they can bring him back to the Etihad in the future, reports the Manchester Evening News.

Guardiola said: “Kelechi is a young player. As a manager it is an honour to work with him. It was not easy for him, I didn’t give a lot of chances.

He decided to stay in Manchester (instead of going on tour) and mabybe next week he will finish.

“We have an option to take him back.

“We believe he deserves to play at that age. That’s why we decided what’s best.”

I hope it falls through, I hate this buy back clause, it stinks.

Leicester confident £25m deal for Manchester City striker Kelechi Iheanacho is close to completion

  • Leicester believe £25m deal for Kelechi Iheanacho is as good as done
  • The 20-year-old striker is expected to move when Foxes return to the UK
  • Personal terms and fee with Manchester City have been agreed between clubs

Leicester City are confident that a £25m deal for Kelechi Iheanacho is as good as done, with only the formalities left to tie up.

The Foxes progressed to the final of the Premier League’s Asia trophy thanks to a 7-6 penalty shootout victory over West Bromwich Albion in Hong Kong last night.

And Iheanacho, 20, is expected to complete his move from Manchester City when they return to the UK following Sunday’s final against Liverpool.

Sportsmail understands that a fee and personal terms have been agreed, with ‘minor issues’ left to resolve.
