So many supposedly big clubs in the championship, so many empty seats for play-off semi finals. Ridiculous.

We managed 29,165 against Cardiff and 29,650 against Watford.

yer was gonna say i’m sure we didn’t sell either of ours out. you have to pay extra on top of your season ticket, they’re on tele and they’re almost always at stupid times (we had thursday night, organised about 4 days before, and sunday lunchtime).

add that to the fact that “glory hunting” part time fans will just be saving the money and waiting for wembley it’s easy to see why most don’t sell out.

Feel like Derby are a 'work in progress' team with decent young players but also containing some experienced ones that won't have many seasons in them left such as Nugent, Curtis Davies, Jerome, Bradley Johnson and Chris Baird.

If they do go up, would believe that it's too early for them to compete effectively in the top-flight. I think they've spent quite a lot over the past few seasons but to not much benefit.

They require a better recruitment strategy if they are to achieve their aim of being a sustained top-flight club in the future. But Cardiff have obviously achieved much better this season and appeared more prepared and organised themselves more effectively both on and off the pitch, despite competing with a reported low budget against Derby, Villa, Forest etc.

Going to be quite controversial here, but actually think Derby are no better than Forest tbqh in terms of player quality, they've just got a more experienced team that work better together imo.

But think Rowatt is right for them at the moment, as he seems level-headed and knows what needs doing where.

There's a lot of premier league experience in that squad, but sadly for Derby is failed premier league experience. Jerome, Nugent, Davies, Johnson, Vydra, Huddlestone, Wiemann, Wisdom, Anya, Ledley have all played at the top level but never truly cut it. They are all in that zone of very good at championship level, not quite good enough to step up the the premier league. They'll need to do a lot of recruiting to survive. Jerome won't score enough to keep them up for starters.

The other night was the first time this season I've seen a plan of sort, a style that Rowett now seems to be set on

Our counter attacking was almost brilliant, Weimann sadly cannot control a ball to save his life, if we had someone who could run with a ball and not nearly trip over it we'd have scored 2 or 3.

Dunno about that mate, Derby have been in and around the play-offs for 5 years. Not sure Forest have finished top half in that time.

It's a bit preemptive to suggest derby would go down again and that we'll get 6 points, they'll probably spend a crap load of dosh in the summer so the team could look very different, if the likes of Bournemouth/Huddersfield can stay up so can derby.

I feel sick

I really don't understand why people love the playoffs, I'd rather get kicked in the balls than sit through this
