Guest Dirkster the Fox Posted 1 September 2017 Posted 1 September 2017 Well "something" has held this one up. Mercury reporting he's signed for £22m, but no official news. I suspect he signed all the required documents to allow the process to continue after 11pm, but a curve ball has been thrown and this "something" needs unravelling. TRANSFER NEWS
norfolkfox222 Posted 1 September 2017 Posted 1 September 2017 Think we better accept he aint coming. whats the point in having a transfer window when u announce a player 12 hours later, Its over till Jan

TRANSFER NEWS Nah, they are just doing the cringeworthy reveal video. They were going to have him walking down the Silver Arcade in Leicester, but he took one look at the city centre and legged it.

Guest Posted 1 September 2017 Posted 1 September 2017 So if this does go through in time and we all agree that we've had our 2nd best summer ever (fuchs, okizaki and kante wins), do we have to start thinking of rudkin as a transfer genius?
HitchinFox Posted 1 September 2017 Posted 1 September 2017 Guys, you know how it works with high-profile signings from abroad. Cambiasso, Kramaric... We need to reach at least 120 pages on the dedicated transfer thread before the club are sure we want the player enough. So get cracking.

ARM1968 Posted 1 September 2017 Posted 1 September 2017 Can you imagine how p!ssed Silva will be if this got fuched up?
Sunbury Fox Posted 1 September 2017 Posted 1 September 2017 This is all so Leicester. Beyond belief that we have apparently allowed Drinkwater to leave without the Silva deal being absolutely in the bag. What a shambles. Does anyone know if there is any precedent for a deadline day deal going through so late? (Edit, just noticed someone mentioning the Arshavin one).

No I think he has earned our trust and rescued credibility.
STUHILL Posted 1 September 2017 Posted 1 September 2017 I think it has all been done. Leicester are just setting up the official announcement etc with the usual pictures/lame introduction video
fazzyfox Posted 1 September 2017 Posted 1 September 2017 Take heed of this guy, be patient everyone, if you wait for long enough you will get Silva

Itsthejoeker Posted 1 September 2017 Posted 1 September 2017 Pretty decent case for an extended deadline due to the drinkwater move also going late.

oadby.fox Posted 1 September 2017 Posted 1 September 2017 Heard from an ITK that it is being held up due to his image rights

We have a long history of the OS being the last thing to actually announce a transfer. We had pictures of Iheanacho at the club and Nigerians saying it was all done and signed and it still took the club about a day to release the info.
