Silva and Dragovic...against DD, I'll take that...

or  all 3 at Leicester...

If mahrez comes back in the fight frame of mind, after his disappointment, it's a good window

It's hard seeing drinky go after so many good times, (and some bad).

However if he wants to go and we've got a good deal for him then why not? It'll be horrible to see him and kante play together though and if they do well it'll be even worse.

Having said that Silva and Dragovic in is pleasing and I think we can be more than content and hope for the best this season!

If Silva arrives, it's a sensational window.

I suggest to all the little plonkers who still believe in some mythical 'loyalty' in football, that this evening shoots the notion down in flames. We've got Drinkwater effectively begging to go to Chelsea, and Mahrez who, if the stories are to be believed, is trekking around Europe in his quest to leave us.

Let me ask you this...if these deals DONT go through, will you now welcome these players back into the fold with open arms? Bet you do...

Depending on whether the rumours for Mahrez were true .... No i wouldn't Col... I personally (not that i am a football coach/manager/DoF) i would want to be actively looking for replacements in the January window. Regardless of how good the player.

LCFC is and should always be the focal point of the fans, and regardless of who did what in last season or 2015/16 and had how many goals / assists etc they got, if they don't want to play for my club and were lumbered (as it seems) staying here then i would want a replacement.

Sorry guys.. but meh, not acceptable.. the club plays well with Mahrez / Drinky but if they dont wanna stay ... then farewell, goodbye. There will be some other player that comes along and takes their place..

Time will tell, looks good on paper, could be amazing if they adapt to English football.

Looking forward to slim and silva linking up again, hopefully

Got no problems with DD leaving. Had some pretty bad games last year, scored nowhere near enough goals but more importantly doesn't want to wear the shirt/badge that means so much to me. Good luck to him....couldn't give two sh1ts if he doesn't play or if he wins player of the year. My club is more important.

BBC reporting that the Sporting president has asked for another £4m at the last minute and the deals off for Silva and therefore Drinkys going nowhere.

An appropriate metaphor - Drinkwater out, Silva in, is your glass half empty or half full right now?

Because I haven't particularly focused on watching Silva play and because on the other hand I know what Drinky can do I lean towards half empty, on the other hand it sounds like Silva is a high calibre player who wants to be here and unfortunately there's no such thing as a Drinkwater who wants to be here anymore so this seems the best solution.

Silva is another year older and has never been quick at the best of times. He's lovely on the ball though. It will be about whether he gets time to play. This ain't Portugal.

The club, is the club, is the club. I am a fan who supports the guys who carry on Wearing the shirt, for me there is no Bad blood, nor should

there be...

If I were Rudkin I'd tell Chelsea we want 75 million now if it's a case of needing drinkwater to make up the home grown player quantity

Champions of England knocked back by Barkley and Oxlade -c . Something going on there . If we had a bit more time I'd certainly demand more

Business is business and loyalty was always a myth. Nothing personal. The club failed to meet up their expectation and they searched elsewhere. They tried and failed, so what. They still can bring a lot to the club and if they put a shift, I couldn't care less. We want to move up the ladder or not?

DD is going anyway and mahrez played with open cards from the beginning. Move on.
