The £22m deal for the Portuguese midfielder has been in a state of limbo since the window shut following the delay in getting the relevant paperwork to FIFA by the required 11pm cut-off, but Leicester will announce this week that there has been a positive outcome to the case at the end of weeks of legal wrangling. ??
