BigWesMorgan Posted 2 November 2017 Posted 2 November 2017 Is this the worst England squad you've seen in your lifetime? Certainly as far as my 20 years can remember. Discuss...
Wymsey Posted 2 November 2017 Posted 2 November 2017 Probably. But one player that stands out personally is Lingard - every time I see him play, he's often very wasteful and not intelligent enough on the ball. Can't understand his presence there, or in the Manchester United team tbh.
RowlattsFox Posted 2 November 2017 Posted 2 November 2017 "this is the worst squad we've ever named" is said every time, not sure who else is expected to be called up?

Maybe he would.

Chelsea fans are pissed off that Drinkwater's not included but Chabolah is.

I don't expect anyone else to be called up but that's the point...there isn't really anyone else...

Laschelles at Newcastle, Dunk at Brighton. Gray, Lewis Cook & Calvert-Lewin all deserve a spot over Lotfus-Cheek as well.

lcfc sheff Posted 2 November 2017 Posted 2 November 2017 One of the most exciting ones we've had for a while. The experience gained from playing Germany and Brazil for these young players is what we've be crying out for
Ted Maul Posted 2 November 2017 Posted 2 November 2017 How great would it be if Puel develops Gray and Chilwell and we have 4 players in the World Cup squad?
Wymsey Posted 2 November 2017 Posted 2 November 2017 Just literally had to Google Joe Gomez..just started to play for Liverpool..now I understand.. Played in many appearances in two years there, 15...

SuperMike Posted 2 November 2017 Posted 2 November 2017 Vardy and Maguire - of course! Like Abraham and Rashford. Hate Kane but can't deny he's currently the best. Rest are totally w**k!
HighPeakFox Posted 2 November 2017 Posted 2 November 2017 It's something to moan about shock horror. Next!

m4DD0gg Posted 2 November 2017 Posted 2 November 2017 Not sure what our diabolical and pointless national team has got to do with the leicester forum
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 2 November 2017 Posted 2 November 2017 Lascelles really should be in there ahead of Gomez

StanSP Posted 2 November 2017 Posted 2 November 2017 Seen worse in the past few years to be honest. It's not that bad this time around. At least sick notes Sturridge and Wilshere aren't around. Just need Henderson booted out now.

He looks like a worse version of Danny Simpson whenever I see him play. Same attacking ability (none, to clarify) but not as good defensively. Though to be fair to the guy, I'm sure he is a centre back, or certainly was at Charlton?
