Then a new Messiah expectations on a 22yr old Diabate,  Like Gray and also Silva before him.

 

I actually expect Puel,will Turn it around,

thoughIf must be said  not an high % of our present Squad,are giving

anything of a Roll of consistent performances,to warrant confidence that they are near top 8 PL quality .

Not forgetting,10 Games ago many on this Site were ranting ,what a good Squad we were  Building..

Yeah it's right. His other one was in Brugge. There was talk around that time how we hadn't scored a direct free kick since we came up. Albrighton got one last year as well.

I did appreciate the added urgency in the second half but did anyone else think it was a bit OTT?  It seemed like we were panicking a bit from about the 50th minute. The reaction when we scored was like we'd won the cup as well.

We look sloppy in the first half of games generally could this be down to the training or just the way we setup

For me the jury is still out on Puel. I am worried though, the longer he’s had the team the more boring we’ve become. Not mentioning results as for me it’s about enjoying the game and they have become worse. I’ve enjoyed the football in League One and the Championship more than this. Sort it out. This is still a great squad, personally, but we don’t seem to play to it’s strengths or know the best 11, frustratingly.

We have to break up the pairing of James and Ndidi. I thought Wilf was actually incredibly poor today, gave away the ball too much. Three in the midfield leaves Vards too isolated.

 

I think it's too early to turn on Puel but these last three games have been awful. Around the midpoint of the season we always looked like we were going to score. Now we can barely scrape one.

Ndidi is undroppable because of his break up play and tackles per match

Can't believe I froze my bum off for that. Another disappointing display, something just doesn't feel right at the moment. The players looked bored stiff and confused with the system. Could be a big summer for the foxes, I can see a lot of outgoings.

Had Mahrez not conjured up that moment of magic at the end, this would have been a complete and utter shambles.

 

Like Swansea and Stoke before them, Bournemouth are a bang average team that are well organised defensively but not much else. Had even half of our players performed as they can, we would have won this, but only Maguire had a decent game.

 

Our passing was atrocious, with Silva the worst culprit. And only Diabate - after his belated introduction - showed any real urgency and quality in attack... until that late face-saver.

 

Let's hope that equaliser proves to be a turning point because at the moment we are in relegation form and horrible to watch.

I liked what he seemed to be doing when he first arrived but we seem to be gradually getting worse.

I thought the last game against Stoke was bad but this was awful stuff to have to sit and watch, the snow falling from the stands was more entertaining and the booing at the end of the first half was not nice to hear but understandable.

I feel on the pitch the players are a bit all over the shop.

Changes to the starting line up and formation are hampering us.

Also,   I think now playing a possession based football it’s showing the more limited players we have in this squad.

 

I am not sure about the inclusion of Morgan straight into the line up.

Maguire and Drago we’re starting to build a decent partnership at the back and it was the Midfield that was not shielding them.

 

Albrighton for me shouldn’t be starting, apart from crossing to nobody he is offering nothing as we have no target man for him to cross to.

 

Chilwell needs to either go out on loan next season at left back or we should stick with him for the next 9 games and give him more experience for next season.

 

Gray and Diabate I feel will have exciting futures next season and we will see the best of them once Mahrez departs.

IMO you have to give him the summer to make changes that suit his style. Diabetes looks a good signing . Let him formulate his own team then in September we can call for his head when we are bottom.
