To me it looked like he jammed his right leg down, and then the Arse player bumped his knee into Silva's inner thigh, just above the left knee. The commentator, seemed to suggest his leg was 'jarred' also, but he's holding his left leg as far as I can tell. #notawitchhunt Left leg, the one that the Arsenal player bumped into, but I think he had just planted that foot as well just before the player touched him
Beechey Posted 9 May 2018 Author Posted 9 May 2018 Iheanacho surely took that shot because it was 48', right?
Merging Cultures Posted 9 May 2018 Posted 9 May 2018 Good half. We went ahead with a lovely bit of play. Nice to see they didn't threaten us too much after they had their red card. I imagine Wenger is going to be the more inspiring manager at half time, but I think we can hold on to this.

If you can not see that everything good is going through Silva and he’s absolutely bossed that half then you clearly have never played the game and know nothing about football . He was outstanding. 3
RowlattsFox Posted 9 May 2018 Posted 9 May 2018 It’s good, clearly helped by playing An arsenal side that have no tactical organisation whatsoever. We have proven we can still play positive football when we are allowed to. No way Arsenal won’t score.
Sir Shep Posted 9 May 2018 Posted 9 May 2018 So, I’ve been hiding behind the sofa for the last hour or so, how we doing?
theessexfox Posted 9 May 2018 Posted 9 May 2018 Bit miffed it's not more than 1-0 but a much better half. Why has our Banter King been playing in goal?

He has done OK. But it's nice to have Silva's brother/sister/mother/dad/lover on the forum. Welcome!
st albans fox Posted 9 May 2018 Posted 9 May 2018 Who knew the secret was to play against a team with nowt to play for who only have 10 men ..... 1
moore_94 Posted 9 May 2018 Posted 9 May 2018 Arsenal with the majority of the possession, us flying forward whenever we get the ball... is it 2015/16 again?
limeydale Posted 9 May 2018 Posted 9 May 2018 Should Puell say anything to the lads at halftime...or stay quiet??
Mrfox452 Posted 9 May 2018 Posted 9 May 2018 Ain't been following the game due to revision. How's Adrien getting along?

foxy boxing Posted 9 May 2018 Posted 9 May 2018 Well that first half is a turn up for the books, ? really good first half performance and a great goal for Kalechi with Vardy busying himself. They are still dangerous but we are running the game at the moment. Come on you foxes.
mozartfox Posted 9 May 2018 Posted 9 May 2018 If we hold on to this, then there just has to be statue of Rudkin commissioned

So I am glad he is ok, as he has been playing better as he grew into the game.
