Was it the same leg that was jammed into the ground, or the one that seemed to be bumped by the Arse player? To me it looked like he jammed his right leg down, and then the Arse player bumped his knee into Silva's inner thigh, just above the left knee. The commentator, seemed to suggest his leg was 'jarred' also, but he's holding his left leg as far as I can tell.

Left leg, the one that the Arsenal player bumped into, but I think he had just planted that foot as well just before the player touched him

Good half. We went ahead with a lovely bit of play.

Nice to see they didn't threaten us too much after they had their red card.

I imagine Wenger is going to be the more inspiring manager at half time, but I think we can hold on to this.

I really like Jakupovic, always liked him when he was at Hull.  Shame it's not quite worked out for him here.  Very good second keeper.  X

Would happily see him become our no. 1

That's just crazy talk.

Yes I agree. Think before you post!

If you can not see that everything good is going through Silva and he’s absolutely bossed that half then you clearly have never played the game and know nothing about football . He was outstanding.

It’s good, clearly helped by playing   An arsenal side that have no tactical organisation whatsoever. We have proven we can still play positive football when we are allowed to.

No way Arsenal won’t score.

He has done OK. But it's nice to have Silva's brother/sister/mother/dad/lover on the forum. Welcome!

Well that first half is a turn up for the books, ? really good first half performance and a great goal for Kalechi with Vardy busying himself. They are still dangerous but we are running the game at the moment. Come on you foxes.

If we hold on to this, then there just has to be statue of Rudkin commissioned

That's what I thought, re the impact on the left leg, I didn't see it get planted before the impact., but I did see the right one get planted quite hard and a little uncomfortably. So I am glad he is ok, as he has been playing better as he grew into the game.
