I wonder what he’s like in training? I think he’s in the mindset that he needs to play every week to get better.

Whilst that is true, you also need to be putting in the graft on the training pitch.  He’s had many games and runs in the team especially under Puel and hasn’t improved.

I’d keep him for next season, as he still is only 21. I really liked Gray for the first six months, he played for the team, kept things simple and made good decisions on the ball. Then in pre-season of 16/17 he started playing selfishly, showboating, trying to pull off fancy flicks and tricks with no reward and that has continued to this day.

If he can go back to the style he played with in his first six months, there is a player there. If not, I don’t think he’ll be anything more than a very average winger.

Eden Hazard recently said Puel is the best manager for youth development. If that’s the case then Puel has got a job on his hands if Gray is to become a consistent, reliable winger.

Keep, no reason to sell.

Does anyone remember the days when people used to say things like, "Mahrez might come good, but he's no Knockaert!"?

Keep.

Yeah I would say keep him as he`s only 21 and still has bags of time on his side to get better under Puel, having said that he was an excellent player for Brum and was just wondering if that's where he`s at his best in the championship as the Premier League might be too big a step up for him...

We can only sell if someone is interested and if anyone offered £20m+ then drive him to whoever has expressed an interest.

Ego the size of a house, not as good as he thinks, not particularly bright, does not listen and learn and imo will never be the finished article and with RM very close to leaving we will need proper quality wingers who perform consistently as well as a quality number 10 so sell for the right offer!!

Tempted to sell as frustrates so much and seems lazy. But this is gonna be his make or break season with Mahrez going. Diabate is better at the minute tho

The complete lack of patience some forum members on here have with regard to our young players is staggeringly depressing.

of course he’s a keeper, at least for another season. He has plenty of room to improve.

Needs a good run in the side as first choice, he's been in and out, left, right, middle never settled.

He deserves the chance to show he can be a devastating player on a regular basis, not just once in a blue moon.

Keep.

But smack his bottom very hard every time he has a mardy

How do you come up with this?   Do you personally know the guy or is this some garbage you made up.

Sell. If Bournemouth or Spurs still want to pay 25 mil. Get rid. Has the ability not the brain. Decent profit on what we bought him for.

Played over 100 games for us now, not sure he's improved in that time. He's had plenty of runs in the team but the fact is he hasn't capitalised on multiple chances. He can stay as a squad player but we're in trouble if we're relying on him to start.

Well I hadn't noticed but now that you've pointed it out... You swine!

Anyway, keep.  No, sell.  No keep...

To be honest I don't really care

If Bournemouth still want him for £20/25m then I'd sell. He really needs a loan to a championship club where he can play every week.

I think that would tip him over the edge.
