being dubbed 'the new Messi' immediately means he won't be anything like Messi at all in his career.

I'm holding out for the new Maradona of the Carpathians.

he's quite good in FM, which has a far better track record than lots of other sources. My understanding of the Turkish league is that Trabonzspor is the perennial best squad outside of Istanbul - I bet he's decent.

I am big fan of Trabzonspor. Abdulkadir is one of the most talented young players in the world. Yusuf Yazıcı is also like him. Barcelona, Bayern, Atletico Madrid, Arsenal, Liverpool, Tottenham, Monaco, Roma followed them all season. Monaco offered about 45m euros to transfer Yusuf Yazıcı and Abdulkadir last week. Trabzonspor doesn’t want to sell them this year. The club wants to go back to the core.
