st albans fox Posted 28 July 2018 Posted 28 July 2018 As with all our other ‘links’ to centre backs, (- evans will be playing pretty well every week and we show no signs of three at the back) - anyone who would expect to be a starter is only on our radar should we lose Harry to a ‘knock out’ offer. We would have put a timescale on this entire event to give the selling club time to get their own man in before the window shuts. No one is going to sell a starter from an English club in the week before the season begins. I suppose a European sourced player is a late possibility though. 1

Dean Ashton really is a 'Roger Hunt' of the highest grade. He, of course, did throw in a 'No disrespect to Leicester, but.....'. At least James Sharpe tried to talk some sense when they called him in Austria.
