Remember Amarety and one other turning up late via a car that needed a police escort to get through the crowds. Can’t remember the other being Albrighton but it was dark and they didn’t come over. We were standing on the wall to see who it was going through the front door. If remember rightly it was reported Kasper was at home and didn’t wven watch the game until his mrs told him it was 2-2. Big Dan turning up late, I remember a blacked out car turning up and the window rolling down to reveal a smiling Dan Amartey. That night outside Vardy's was madness. 1

He just posted a lot of quotes on his stories about being low and stuff like that. You could tell him being frozen out was getting to him, it would affect anyone. I feel bad for him, he could’ve gone about leaving us better but we all make mistakes. Yeah I can imagine it's tough mentally despite what everyone says about their wages. Think Simo started to unravel a bit towards the end here as well didn't he, although he seems to have picked himself up (and is getting Kingy for company soon) 1

I'm sure I recall an interview in which he said that he wanted to be at home with his wife and family - because his wife (and him) had gone through something of an emotional rollercoaster since the Tunisia holiday horrors... Felt for him and thought what a thoroughly top bloke - something we all know for sure now...

fuchsntf Posted 15 January 2020 Posted 15 January 2020 Fans around the Country are so hypocritical, have little are no Knowledge of the individual players Thoughts ,problems or personal worries.Even promises,or exchange words between club/manager with players. Yeah, I think you’re right. It obviously got worse when he left. I think he’s probably regretting it, regardless of the money. It doesn’t always make people happy. 1

Maddison and Tielemans are CL level players in the making, Drinkwater never was and his talent never suggested he would ever be. Apart from when he played in the champions league and made the quarter finals. With Leicester. 6 3

A 6 month good form in 16/17 doesn't disprove my point. Albrighton also had a decent CL campaign. Does that make him more talented than he is? Maddison and Tielemans are much better than Drinkwater.
