weller54 Posted 16 September 2018 Posted 16 September 2018 I'm going for an uninspiring 1-1. Evans in for Morgan. Albrighton to start.
jonthefox Posted 16 September 2018 Posted 16 September 2018 We’ll win and everything will be ok . 1 1 2
Popular Post Sharpe's Fox Posted 16 September 2018 Popular Post Posted 16 September 2018 If we don’t win I will be even more Puel Out than I am now and I’ve been at max Puel Out for like 6 months. 2 4 7
Wymsey Posted 16 September 2018 Posted 16 September 2018 (edited) 4-1. Can't see much threat from them at all tbh. Edited 16 September 2018 by Wymeswold fox

Fightforever Posted 16 September 2018 Posted 16 September 2018 (edited) Usually when a team has a bad run we're the ones that emd their run so 2 nil to them Edited 16 September 2018 by Fightforever
Keiriel Posted 16 September 2018 Posted 16 September 2018 7-0 win for us. Puel will have analysed the previous game in depth and opt for special training and motivational exercises to fire his players up. By that, I mean he'll lock the team in a room, tie them to chairs, tape their eyelids open and force them to watch through every single one of his press conferences. 3
Dan Posted 16 September 2018 Posted 16 September 2018 1-0 win. Might be inclined to say stick with 4-2-3-1 given we're now not going to be playing Morgan. Get the pace and composure of Soyuncu in and see if we're better for it. I'd be inclined to try Silva or Iborra for Mendy. Albrighton for Gray. PLEASE. 2
STUHILL Posted 16 September 2018 Posted 16 September 2018 I hate the 'must win' statements banded about so often on here, but a win here would make such a huge difference for us. I think we will have too much for them, but if we somehow lose this, then the negativity on here will be 10 fold and it would need a huge upturn in results, to get a large majority of fans back on board with Puel. Huge game for him and a big indicator on how he and the players will react to the performance against Bournemouth. System needs an overhaul and will be very disappointed but not surprised if it isn't
StriderHiryu Posted 16 September 2018 Posted 16 September 2018 This will be a very intruiging game from our point of view because we will see if there is a reacton from the players. They seemed upset at themselves after the last game, so I hope to see them come out and put in a real performance. Will that actually happen or not... who knows!? I think we will win 3-1 mainly because I don't think Huddersfield are too good... if anything they look worse than last year. But with us I don't really know. We have by far the better quality on paper but we need to be up for it and cut out the comical defending we've been guilty of in every game so far. 1
Dan Posted 17 September 2018 Posted 17 September 2018 In the context of the whole season it isn't a must win. If Puel's ever going to make anything of his time here, then it is. 1
UPinCarolina Posted 17 September 2018 Posted 17 September 2018 The type of side we need to beat to have a chance of Europa League qualification or better. The top sides (Chelsea, Liverpool, Man City, etc) seem to have too much firepower for us to expect to take points from them, so we’ve got to capitalize when we have these sorts of matches. 2
FireFox Posted 17 September 2018 Posted 17 September 2018 Kasper Soyuncu - Maguire - Evans Albrighton/Ricardo - Ndidi - Iborra - Chilwell Ghezzal - Maddison Vardy Maybe Iheanacho for Ghezzal.
Guest MattP Posted 17 September 2018 Posted 17 September 2018 A game we should win, they are absolutely dreadful.
lcfcfoz Posted 17 September 2018 Posted 17 September 2018 Kasper. Fuchs. Maguire. Soyuncu. Simpson. Ghezzal. Ndidi. Silva. Albrighton. Maddison. Vardy. Freshen it up. Then wolves in cup play... Ward. Chilwell. Morgan. Evans. Pereira. Gray. Mendy. Iborra. Diabate. Okazaki. Iheanacho. 1 1

Finnegan Posted 17 September 2018 Posted 17 September 2018 Rocky at times but comfortable 2-0 win after which fifty new "Puel in I told you so" threads will appear, only to be replaced by PUEL OUT threads when we lose to Newcastle. 2

La-li-lu-le-lo Posted 17 September 2018 Posted 17 September 2018 We will lose, we will play in exactly the same style as we did against Bournemouth and allow Huddersfield fields of grass to run into down the flanks and probably gift them a foal after ten or so minutes.

The report from the under 23s game was Soyuncu looked miles off the pace so I’d expect Evans and Maguire back two.
lgfualol Posted 17 September 2018 Posted 17 September 2018 If we insist on 4 at the back Kasper Amartey/Simpson Evans Maguire Chilwell Pereira Silva Ndidi Albrighton Maddison Vardy 2-1 to us. Their goal comes from some shithousery.
