80footgiraffe Posted 22 September 2018 Share Posted 22 September 2018 No CB on the bench. Using Fuchs as back up I suppose but what will it take for Caglar to even feature?
Jattdogg Posted 22 September 2018 Share Posted 22 September 2018 Think its safe to say we are definitely playing a 10.

Diabaté is suffering from some real poor performances in the ressies. Don’t think we’ll be seeing him in a prem squad any time soon
brockmyster Posted 22 September 2018 Share Posted 22 September 2018 Maddison out wide could potentially work, if he's allowed to be free and drift inwards similar to Mahrez did. That would mean a lot of reliance on Amartey to not be a complete tool, so that's a worry.

No way are Udders going to walk through the middle of our defense like Eddie's boys did.
Shane Posted 22 September 2018 Share Posted 22 September 2018 Is it 4-3-1-2? Schmeichel Amartey, Evans, Maguire, Chilwell Mendy, Ndidi, Maddison Ghezzal Vardy, Iheanacho
UPinCarolina Posted 22 September 2018 Share Posted 22 September 2018 As others have stated, I expect our front 4 to float all over the place. Feels like we’re scoring goals today.
RowlattsFox Posted 22 September 2018 Share Posted 22 September 2018 Why are people getting so confused with the formation when surely it’s going to be the same but with Maddison in a narrow left wing position. Chilwell and Maddison could link up quite well together.
oxtonfox Posted 22 September 2018 Share Posted 22 September 2018 I'm surprised we don't have Albrighton in the first 11; he's showing faith in Ghezzal so let's hope that works. A bunch of players in the team who may be low in confidence though including Amartey and Evans is a worry.

Dr The Singh Posted 22 September 2018 Share Posted 22 September 2018 It's obvious Puel doesnt know his first starting eleven, he reacts to every bad result with changes

Ric Flair Posted 22 September 2018 Share Posted 22 September 2018 I don't get the man, I really don't. He's the most peculiar manager we've ever had. Please can this be the end.
Foxxed Posted 22 September 2018 Share Posted 22 September 2018 (edited) Where's our width? Where's Soyuncu? Doing Variety performances? Four at the back, two defensive midfielders, a number 10, two strikers and Ghezzal roaming? 4 2 1 1 2? Don't you ring that for advice these days? Or three at the back, Chilwell and Ghezzal (maybe Ricardo's been a naughty boy?) as our width, two DMs, and Maddison feeding Ian and Vardy? I hope it's the latter because the former sounds insane. Maybe there's method to the madness. Here's hoping! Edited 22 September 2018 by Foxxed

coolhandfox Posted 22 September 2018 Share Posted 22 September 2018 55 million pounds spent on defenders, no even in the starting 11. Reminds me of when we spent £50 Million on Musa and Slim who couldn't find there way in to resume team.
Nick Posted 22 September 2018 Share Posted 22 September 2018 We should recall Barnes and get another number 10 in that side. We could play him at Centre Back.
