good lad gray.

he's played well today and deserved that.

not sure what people are moaning about tbh - we've played just fine and even more so considering the circumstances.

let's get another and put this shit to bed

A bit insensitive booking Gray for taking his shirt off.

Yes ref has to follow letter of the law but you'd think common sense would prevail, in the circumstances.

Don't know if he'd be reprimanded for it.

But they do not follow the letter of law do they.  What about Holdings knock on the other week???

Of course it woulsnt even cross the FA's mind should one of our players score and lift their shirt. Absolutely fuming.

To be fair to the ref he would prob be (wrongly) reprimanded if he didnt go by the letter of the way.

Hate the rule not the ref.

Was the ref that didn't book Billy Sharp for the tribute shirt after his kid died reprimanded? It's not as if there's not precedence

Can't believe commonsense can't apply there. I suppose it's the rule but don't book demairi there surely!

Any of you clever tech heads able to provide one of those little snippets of the goal would make a little shep happy, please.

Given the circumstances, if he'd been reprimanded for that then there would have been uproar! Also ridiculous thay refs would be reprimanded for shit like this but nothing happens when they constantly give horrific decisions!

Correct, this is where the anger should be directed to and not the ref.

If he wasn't booked would there be an issue? There is a world of difference between celebrating wildly and inciting people and showing emotion and a reaction to a traumatic event.

This law seriously needs looking at if referees aren't able to use discretion.

Hoping Gray gets a second in stoppage time and takes his shirt off again, that'd test the cock.
