It didn't look very detailed.

Outline plans are often fairly vague and simplistic, when the real plans are submitted they’ll be many detailed drawings focussing on different aspects of the design.

I presume Vichai’s Statue will be factored into the re development and that wasn’t in this leaked plan. Could be contribution to why it was asked to be removed?

I doubt it’s going to be that large .......... plans of this nature shouldn’t be leaked ....... they should be announced with due respect paid to the planning process

It’s probably not that far off otherwise I don’t see why they’d be worried about it being in circulation, either that or it’s a mile off and don’t want fake news ?‍♂️

Or it’s far better then what they have actually planned

I was told to delete all photos as the club could get into trouble (if the plans had been leaked?), I think they've later found that the image had been photoshopped though.

it at least  proves the club reads Foxestalk.:D

I was told a couple of weeks back that they still haven’t been able to do a deal to buy the national grid building or whatever it is between the East Stand and the car park.  I guess that building is key to any redevelopment plans BUT if true could be a reason why updates are few and far between.  Could be utter nonsense though

Must be ‘complete’ and utter nonsense before a serious debate can commence on FT.
