Cheesemaker22 Posted 9 March 2019 Posted 9 March 2019 Really good performance so far. Kasper and the defence have looked solid. Ndidi is putting a stop to most Fulham attacks before they even begin. Maddison great, Tielemans fantastic although I feel both could have played Gray in a few more times rather than shooting. Gray has been really good at drifting around the pitch and playing a part in the build-up. Barnes with some really classy backheels and flicks. Vardy back to his best! Forgot to mention, Gray's defensive efforts have been very impressive. Tielemans showed lots of composure in his finish after Vardy's unselfish pass.

Ndidi looks superb today. Sessegnon standing out for them - really though Fulham are complete fodder, they're limp and toothless. We should be able to get another goal or two and hopefully a clean sheet! Really?

Yup that bit where the ball dropped in the middle of the field, he held off three of out players including Wilf and set them up for a counter. He's young and he's learning still whilst showing class occasionally - he'd be a decent signing if they dont need him

Captain... Posted 9 March 2019 Posted 9 March 2019 Fulham look shot but they are still in the game. It is a 4231/433 Puel style formation, one noticeable difference is Ndidi has licence to hunt the ball giving him a chance to win it high and set attacks going. Full backs are supporting attacks rather than being the focal point, this is allowing Ndidi and Tielemans to play further forwards and not spend all game covering the attacking full backs.

Exactly! This is where Puel went wrong. It will take time but playing in this style I’m convinced will dramatically improve results and keep the fans happy.
UPinCarolina Posted 9 March 2019 Posted 9 March 2019 Throw Shinji on late; I feel like Vardy and Shinji have a moment of magic left in them.
Flappit Posted 9 March 2019 Posted 9 March 2019 Gray is poor at the moment. Still issues with decision making.
