If we were to get at least a draw, we'd be the only side to get something at both Liverpool and Man City.

If we beat Man City, we become the first to get the double over them for over 2 years.

I work in Liverpool and the whole of the office (bar 2 bitter Evertonians and the token Utd supporters) are behind us. I have managed to get not only all my beers paid for me next season but get one of the guys to buy Liverpool shirts for his whole family with ‘Vardy’ printed on the back should Jamie slot the winner.

Mrs Vardy riling up Man City fans on Twiiter. Her dad is a massive Liverpool fan, I don’t know whether she is as well.

Go on Vards impress the father in law then.

Had a quick look at the blue moon forums, they talk so much crap it’s unreal. I think In a few seasons they will be the most hated fans. They literally think Leicester are a nothing team. Disrespectful, arrogant and entitled.

Hope we smash them and hand the title to Liverpool as Mrs Vardy says!

Draw would be the worst result ever. Would mean no 7th and handing the title to Liverpool.

There's no possible outcome now where we come 7th and Liverpool 2nd, sadly.

Wonder what’s worth more to us, the add-ons for Mahrez winning the league or finishing an extra place higher in the table

Funny you should say that, just been reading there pre- match thread.

A Leicester fan on there tried to correct some Man City fan, by telling him West Ham didn’t batter us

He told them it was a game of 2 halves, West Ham first and Leicester was the better the 2nd, the Man City fan then reckoned he watched the whole game on sky in the evening, I was there myself what a load of tosh, it was an even game and a draw was right.

Then another another Man City fan pipes up and reckons in our title winning season when we beat them 3-1, he reckoned they battered us and was unlucky to lose, wrong again, they are a strange bunch who have a cockiness about themselves these days.

I'm so pleased Liverpool won last night, it keeps the title race going until the last game and sets up our game perfectly. I think we have improved under Brendan and the way we dominated Arsenal with our possession means it's going to be a fascinating encounter. I think it's going to be closer than people think and I'm going for 2-2 and hopefully Liverpool to win the title as a team who have created foundations for there success unlike Man 'nick all the best players' City.

Come on Leicester!!

Yeah, there does seem to be a couple of morons on there. But isn't that the same with every forum? God knows what people would think of us if they read some of the posts over here lol

To be fair, I think most of their expectations are reasonable, considering since they last played us in the PL, they've played 17, lost one, won 16. They should win, but we're certainly capable of causing an upset - again.

As a kid of the early/mid 80s, I despise Liverpool.

And the thought of thousands of Leicester Asian lads  worshipping them (yet could only name Salah and Suarez as players) blaring horns in pimped up VW Golfs if Liverpool won the league. Ugh.

But I want us to make a big statement tomorrow against a nervous Man City.

Go there lads, lay down the law and boss one of the best teams in Europe on their own patch.

C"Mon City!

Why do you need to keep mentioning Asian lads

We have drawn at Anfield, already beaten Man City, plus Chelsea, Arsenal, we will have a right go....not going expecting to lose....

Top six Away from home

Man Utd :  we were the better side

arsenal:  we were the better side until Claude decided to change our shape

chelsea: we won .....

spurs: we were the better side

liverpool: we more than held our own - draw was fair

you could argue that the game we won (Chelsea) was the game where deserved the least although the first twenty five mins we more than held our own

given that all the above results were with Claude rather than Brendan, the question is whether Claude is a better tactician in those type fixtures .  Man City being over confident could undo them

I am optimistic about this game.  Sometimes my optimism is misplaced!  I think we will get something.

I reckon that the Man City players will have the jitters following watching Liverpool's nervy game last night.

If we do well in the last two games, I am wondering if it will encourage our players to want to stay in anticipation of what could be achieved together .  On the flip side, would it mean there would me more bids from the top 6?

Our players could almost be on the beach but Rogers is still new enough to make it an interesting end to the season.

Not sure we will get a result but I think there will be a spell of the game where we've really got them on the ropes.

I really hope he picks the same team as vs Arsenal, I read somewhere that going 3 at the back might be tempting but that would be god awful. They would have a field day, we need to have Hamza and Ndidi all over them and not allowing them space.

Honestly their fans are really starting to grate me now. United will always have a special place in my heart as obnoxious bellends but at least they earned their titles through shrewd investment, youth and consistency.

Man City are a dodgy oil country's PR exercise. About 10 years ago their fans were a decent, self-depreciating bunch who were happy to bloody the nose of their neighbours. Now they expect everything and have become the new United, but not the right way.

I'd like to see Barnes involved, think his pace could be a real asset but Albrighton's work rate will be much needed too.

At least we've got decent options.
