Why do you need to keep mentioning Asian lads

Because, as I said above, the thought of thousands of lads who have no connection whatsoever to Merseyside honking celebratory horns in Leicester is unpleasant.

To be fair to them, they got their ‘love’ for Liverpool from their fathers .... if you had been in Hong Kong for the Asia trophy and seen the support base for them you might appreciate their appeal in the sub continent and se Asia a little more

my three boys only connection to Leicester is me yet they bleed blue .....

This. Can't really get excited/bothered by either of them winning it, so the clincher is which one will we hear less overexcited nonsense from afterwards. Unlike the title race itself, there's no competition on that front.

It’s going to be so weird watching sky sports Liverpool, sorry premier league with all the pundits wearing Leicester tops and JC frothing every time we go forward.

I think we are all underestimating the lottery type of officiating we can expect from Mike Dean tomorrow night.

Of course he’s from the Wirral as well

As a foxes fan the simple fact is that if Man City play their A game they will win comfortably but ,we have beaten them already this season and drawn at Liverpool so just don't concede an early goal and the pressure may start to effect their game.

We beat Man City. Wolves beat Liverpool.

The Midland teams are the king makers for the Northern teams.

It is written.

I genuinely feel we'll get a result from this, as long as we don't concede early. The pressure on them will be immense and I think we have the pace to hurt them. Hamza is a must play though.

1-2 (Vardy, Tielemans).

Yep, I’ll be shocked if Mike Dean doesn’t make a controversial decision to make it all about him. A late penalty either way, a sending off something to get himself in the headlines.

I expect high tempo and energy from both sides. I think we can play counter attack to our advantage for the obvious reason that Man City need to win and that may leave one or two more gaps in their defence. I would start Barnes for his pace.

                            Kasper

Ricardo        Evans       Maguire   Chilwell

               Ndidi              Choudhury

        Tielemans     Maddison    Barnes

                            Vardy

Subs: Ward, Morgan, Fuchs, Mendy, Gray, Albrighton, Iheanacho

I suspect Barnes will be a sub again and we'll start with either Albrighton or Gray for defensive solidarity. Once we're using Ndidi and Hamza effectively then Barnes will be an excellent dart to throw at a sometimes fragile defence.

Yes, think your right and Albrighton would offer a lot early on and his experience will be a bonus. If we could get to half time 0-0 I'd fancy our chances.

Loves it being about him. I noticed last game we had him he was the last off the pitch pre match. It's got a penalty written in.

Also don't get how geography seems to play no part in refs anymore? A referee from Merseyside (or Manchester) should be nowhere near the game. I noticed once before Taylor (from Manchester) referring the Manchester derby.

Yep totally agree. Didn’t Tottenham get Kevin Friend demoted from reffing their game against Stoke because he’s from Leicestershire?

He supports Leicester and has been seen at some LCFC games in the past via a personal capacity.
