We can't let Madison go if we might as well give on progressing as a club.

A hell of a lot of these rumours are just lazy journalistic Bullshit some daily bog papers coffee runner has mentioned that he heard his cousins aunts brothers nephews sisters boyfriends best mates sisters lover that he heard that James Maddison was going to Manure or maybe ManShity oil Fc but after hearing from all those they print a headline  “FROM A RELIABLE SOURCE Maddison to Manure for £60m !!” Don’t know which one was the reliable one was maybe it was the the aunties whippet ??

I’m not going to waste any worry unless we actually hear he’s on his way out which I’m sure he’ll still be with us next season because whilst there’s no news about the press will make up any old bull shit !!

MEN reporting it’s a done Deal Maddison to United for £60m , he and his family are all united fans once they sniffed around and showed interest he was always going to go there , best of luck to him

Which is probably bs. Every other source has said he wants to stay.

No they aren't.

They’re quoting the odds of yanited being his next club at 4/11 which simply reflects that no one else is interested

without odds on him staying being part of the offering, it means diddly squat .....

Imagine Pogba's little face when he's on the bench behind Maddison lol. Actually,  I'd rather not :nono:.

I've never really entertained the idea of him leaving in this window because I don't think he will. However, if he does....

I already think we need two CM's. Tielemans being one and another maybe a bit more of box to box player. If he does go, that means we need 3 (or am I being greedy?). It seems like far more of a job to replace 3 midfielders and it could easily go wrong.

...always imagined him at Man. U. , Spurs or West Ham...he just seems to fit those type of clubs.!!!

Selling for £60m would still leave United with an avenue for profit with any sell on. £80m (if rumour is correct) would really test their will....... and bank account.

West Ham lol

West Ham couldn't buy a bottle of piss from us.

He spends a lot of time in the casino playing cash poker, I'd imagine in Manchester or London there would be decent players and he'd lose more. Based on that I'm sure he will stay #itk

...did not say they could afford him, just that Maddison seems to fit a player from that area. He seems like a London boy.

One of the reasons he signed for us was to close to family and friends in co*.

Seems to be loving it with us to be honest.

Always sharing club photos on his social media and best pals with Chilwell by the looks of things.

I would be genuinely shocked if he left this summer. Having said that it will be harder to retain players of his quality unless we continue to move forward as a club. European qualification has to be achieved next season, there's no two ways about it.

Absolutely. 4/11 is nothing to be worried about. I think Roy was 1/6 at one time to be our manager. When on Betfair he is 1.08 to go to United. There is something in it. Lol

United want to sign going English talent. We have young English talent. Bookies just doing the equation. Madders won’t be leaving this season.

Be foolish to, and maguire etc. This team is on the cusp of doing something remarkable again. Just need Tielemans and a decent back up striker and we could be challenging for 3rd.

Maddison isn't going anywhere. We will only sell one key player and that will most likely be Maguire and if nobody comes in with a bid that we deem acceptable for Maguire then he wont either. If we are wanting £70-80m for Maguire then we'd chuck a £100m price tag on Madders and nobody in the right mind will pay that for a player who has had 1 season in the prem. Would Brendan have joined us if we were going to sell half our squad this summer? Nope. Hed have carried on winning trophies in the pub league.
