In interested to see who you feel they are? Because I can only name three that are clearly better.

Man City

Spurs

Liverpool

From there down to tenth I’d say it’s pretty much even.

Don't get me wrong. I think we got a great first 11 but I think there are 7 teams that have a better squad than us. Man City, Liverpool, Tottenham, Chelsea, United, Everton and Wolves.

I totally agree.

6th place Manchester United were 14

points ahead of us last season.

Arsenal were 18 points ahead in 5th

Yes we’ve strengthened, but so have they and everybody else.

And this is why the shouts of us storming in to top 6 from some fans were still off the mark.

I'd say Wolves have a better chance at it but that's not to say we're not in a better position (compared to ourselves last season) to challenge for it as well.

We were looking at players to bring in what's your point?

I think his point is, who were they and why didn't they happen?

I wouldnt necessarily agree, if every team strengthened every year their would be record highs and record lows year after year! Maybe theyve just halted their demise!? 🤔

We have strengthened our forward line and midfield but now have a weaker defence.

Just have to hope we can keep clear of injuries and out score the opposition, cant see us getting a top six place now to be honest.

Imagine we finished 7th-10th over the next five years, have a proper go in the cups and play some quality football ... wouldn't be the end of the world would it?

No... but if we don't get into Europe via a cup then next season we will need a new RB, LB and potentially number 8 & 10....

To some on here it definitely is lol

I'd be delighted to win the FA Cup and finish 7th. Still means we play in Europe which is the ultimate gain. Plus silverware. Too 6 will strengthen guaranteed while the money is there.

United haven't signed a striker to replace Lukaku have they? in which case I think they are a bit weak up front.

14 and 18 points ahead of us following a season spent mostly under Puel, without Tielemans for half a season.

We’re an unknown quantity, I can’t believe after one signing that’s late but still on for a bloke none of us knew we’re suddenly not good enough, we’re an embarrassingly reactionary fanbase.
