Tielemans63 Posted 9 November 2019 Posted 9 November 2019 Brendan has rightly received the plaudits since he arrived but I think Kolo deserves a mention of his own. What a fabulous job he's done with the defence. They are so well-drilled.

We had absolutely no right to improve our defence after selling a defender for a world record fee and not bothering to replace him. His work with Soyuncu has been unbelievably effective. Just as crucial an acquisition as Brendan.

Ric Flair Posted 9 November 2019 Posted 9 November 2019 Really hope he doesnt get poached as an AM or even given the managers job somewhere any time soon. He's class.
ForeverandEver Posted 9 November 2019 Posted 9 November 2019 Here’s a question.... Kolo in his PRIME or Ricky P.....?
Sir Shep Posted 9 November 2019 Posted 9 November 2019 Always rated him as a defender, as a coach he’s certainly showing his worth as well, just seems everything is in place perfectly at the moment.
stix Posted 9 November 2019 Posted 9 November 2019 Should get the Kolo chant out next game to show our appreciation!!
Clever Fox Posted 9 November 2019 Posted 9 November 2019 He's clearly enjoying working with the players but it's a huge help to have someone of the experience of Evans in the Team. He's such a top player and a gentleman also. We're so lucky to have him here at a crucial time of the squads development, with so many young players in the squad.
Guesty Posted 9 November 2019 Posted 9 November 2019 I imagine having Jonny Evans back there is like having a coach too; must make his job easier.

sm1 Posted 9 November 2019 Posted 9 November 2019 Cags has specifically mentioned the defensive work Kolo does in one of his interviews. Could Arsenal be looking at him if they sack Emre? After all they did want Mikel Arteta before Emre.
OadbyBlue Posted 9 November 2019 Posted 9 November 2019 He’s a wonderful human being, great character
