Man City Pre Match

Agree with the suggestions for a back 3. I'd rather give Wilf another week and be ready for a game that is much more winnable in Norwich away.

Bennett on the right where he's played for Wolves, Cags on the left to pocket Riyad. Evans in the middle where his lack of speed in moving the ball will be felt less.

Praet and Tielemans ahead, Maddison central, Perez with Vardy as a pair.

If we do that though, we might be short of midfield cover on the bench...:matty:

They'll be working round the clock to get Ndidi fit now with Choudhury out, I reckon he'll play.

By the looks of his instragram he is working pretty hard to be fit.

I'm not sure if it's worth the risk.

It might be given the run of games after Man City when Choudhury is back or they might pair Tielemans and Praet and go for it more.

If there's a game we need him for, this is it.

Would take a point in this but we can definitely get at them and take all 3 if we get back to the way we played before Xmas. Didn’t think we would get anything from this wolves and Chelsea so 2 points better off already 😂😂. We just need a good run of 3 or 4 games now to keep picking up wins and starting Saturday would be great. Especially if spurs lose in the early kick off.

Vardy back on the score sheet and Bennett debut bullet header 2-1 City

I think what’s more important to remember with N’Didi is we play on the Friday after, which means travelling down on the Thursday. Leave him out for Man City and have him fully ready for Norwich.

Surely there's got to be some decent chants for this one considering the ban for cheating.

They'll have had 17 days without a game before they play West Ham and then the next four fixtures are:

Wed - West Ham (h)

Sat - Leicester (a)

Wed - Real Madrid (a)

Sun - Aston Villa (Wembley final)

They'll have to play their best team against West Ham to knock the cobwebs off their best players. You would like to think out of their next three fixtures the game against us is by far the least important for them so hopefully they play a mix and match side with one eye on their Champions League match and Cup Final.

.. I think we are going down the same deluded path as before!!

Take a look at the posts suggesting that our upcoming came will mean they will play a weaker team or take a lesser attitude to the game. They will be right on it, in our face from the get go and we will still be in the dressing room before the end of the first half and Rodgers will have Madders' playing wide

 We have been here before....!!

I suspect we'll crap our pants as per usual against the big teams.

There's surely got to be one real statement performance and result against a rival this season, pinning my hopes on it being this game.
