Saint-Etienne defender Wesley Fofana will undergo a medical in Germany today ahead of his proposed move to Leicester City

 

According to French sports daily L’Equipe, the Frenchman will undergo a medical with Leicester in Germany today as the next step towards completing the move.

 

Due to health restrictions in the UK, his medical will be conducted in Germany and Leicester are happy to get it done as soon as possible.

 

Once he undergoes the medical checks, the defender will take a flight to England and complete a transfer to Leicester.

All that might come out soon. 

So following normal Foxestalk protocol, if it works out well it's a Kolo signing, if it turns to shit it's a Congerton signing.

I think we should take a moment to respect that this topic has been running since 30th April. And give even more respect that we've gone from the 1st reply to this topic all the way to this and Fofana being the next Desailly :D

Fully agree. Was very disappointed with Milan. Outside of the city centre with all its glitz, glam and designer shops, it's actually a shit hole

The so called bigger clubs sometimes don't always want to take the risk, they prefer the ready made product.  This works in our favour and players know they can develop at our little old club:crylaugh:.

Clubs like Man Utd cannot take the risk on someone like Wesley. They need people at the top of their game as their fans and board are not willing to accept anything less than immediate success. So we take the risk, and then when they're proven we fleece the top clubs for millions and millions of pounds. I can see Wesley having 3 fantastic years for us and then going somewhere for £150 Million.

Should Leicester register Fofana as a under 21 player ?

 

we allowed 25 Man squad for PL But under 23 can play 1st team footy without being named in the 1st team 25man squad 

 

That my understanding

If football manager has the registration laws correct, and as much as we can laugh at basing our knowledge off football manager, they probably have this part right:

 

He won't need to be registered for the Premier league because he's only 19. He WILL need to be registered for the Europa League because he's been here less than two years.

Our squad isn't that big that it matters I don't think unless they gonna register all the deadwood
