Are they going to employ Alan Titchmarsh and his crew to maintain the landscaped areas? Just mowing and keeping the pitches 'weed free' will be a colossal challenge in a such a 'rural' environment, not to mention the Golf course.  Should be lots of gardening jobs up for grabs.

This looks sick obviously, but if you are going to have an indoor pitch, why do it at like 80% of full size?  Seems weird.
